@20:52 So Daifuku (the Genie guy) is named after the confectionary of the same name (or the full name: daifukumochi). Mochi ice cream is actually a kind of daifukumochi. One of the most common stuffings for daifuku is anko, which is made of a sweetened bean paste using adzuki beans. Beans are almost never used in a sweetened way in western-style cooking, which is why is seems very odd to us that Big Mom has a 'Minister of Beans' but would make perfect sense to a Japanese/east-Asian audience.
