The Coffin game does a really good job representing that style of visual novel and the disturbing topics and absolutely mind-screwery they get up to. I've only experienced a couple and I don't want to play anymore... >_<

If she confessed to Gojo now... I DO think he would avoid her for a while, because he's just now getting adjusted to FRIENDS, how does he even deal with romance?? It's not how she thinks, but Marin's worries aren't unfounded imo. But we know he would come around after sorting himself out. He even got some more friends he could talk to about it now!

Fukuda is so good that she created multiple ips that i want---NEED them to exist: an anime (Blaze!!), a manga (SuccIDK), a manga that also has an anime and dorama adaptations (PrezHost) and a game (Coffin). she's like the meme of the "it's just a... don't go too crazy with the ost" xd

3:12 I just *love* the animation here. Marin, already in fetal position, brings her hand in front of her face and pull them inside the sleeves, the legs are pulled even more against the body and the feet "close" making little "fists." Everything conjures in my mind a turtle retracting in its shell or an hedgehog curling on itself. You can *smell* the stress of poor Martin. Kudos to the animators for transmitting all of this via... simple drawn characters. Drawn Marin and Gojo are better actors than the ones of the live action version.

The way I interpret Marin's state of mind is that she is "di due cuori" (lit.: of two hearths), in the sense that she has two contrasting desires. She is not against a more physical relation with Gojo, but at the same time she is nervous, since it is so sudden and she does not know what to expect. I explain this to myself with a simile. Imagine you are fascinated by skydiving. You never did that, but you dream of doing it. You watch video, read magazines and talk with a relative of yours who has many years of experience in skydiving. You are saving to take a course and starting skydiving. One day this relative of yours tells you that a friend of his returned, say, from America, that it owns a small plane. "Let's meet tomorrow morning at the airport, my friend will give us a "lift" and you will be doing your first skydiving." What would be your emotions in this case? Skydiving is your dream, but this is so sudden. Your relative is an expert, so there is no real risk. Will seize the opportunity, gather your courage and do it? Or are you going to refuse?
