Haylo and Kiss you have to remember in episode 1 of this arc The vase Demon said he had obtained some information that needed to be verified/checked out and then Muzan had the vase demon's head in Muzan's hand because Muzan only wants to hear facts not rumors....The Information the vase demon was talking about was the location of the Swordsmith Village...that is how they both showed up to see if the information was correct.

Gyokko is the Upper Rank that Haylo despises, and the information he was telling Muzan about in the first episode was the location of the village. It's never really revealed how he found this info, but thats how he and Hantengu (the other upper rank) found the village. Also, yes unfortunately the other two boys are barely in this season, but that's the only bad thing about this season. You two are in for an incredible ride.

There's an unconfirmed theory about how they found the place. I'll touch on it a bit more after you see Gyokko (upper 5) fight a bit so as to avoid possible spoilers.
