Hey, guys! We decided to post our full reactions to AoT specials for the first time (exclusively on Patreon). It's a watch-along reaction because of copyright, so you'll be required to sync up your own copy of AoT. The cut reactions will come as soon as Blanky can edit them 😊

One thing regarding the very last scene with the boy and his dog going into the tree. What we can theorize is that the parasite doesn't necessarily give the host the Titan Powers, but actually give the host what they want. When Ymir went into the tree, she was very vulnerable, small, wounded and scared. At that time, she became a "huge" woman and that helped her survive. But her blind loyalty caused by trauma and the fact that she's a kid made her vulnerable to be used as a weapon by the King. What would happen if the parasite's "powers" fall into the hand of someone in a more safe situation? Seeing the dog being healthy can make us assume that the boy is caring. Would that situation create something totally different? probably.

This was a wonderful journey! This story is definitely a very heavy one that I still cannot get over. This week I was able to watch the two finale episodes in theatre and the added end credit scene filled my heart a bit. For me, the thing that makes me spiral the most is that all their pain and suffering was forgotten over time as if it never existed. That concept is so real but so scary to me. Anyways, whenever yall can, you guys should check out Attack on Titan: Junior High. That will make you happy once again and fill your heart with the characters we love so much. Much love.

Yeah, it's sad how they're all just forgotten. It's another thing that makes AoT feel so real. Thank you for your recommendation! 😊
