Updated Threaded Rod Node (Patreon)

I updated the threaded rod node with better naming for the sockets and also the option to hollow out the center of the rod. It's for you, my patrons only.

As well I have a couple of patches just submitted to the Blender team that will hopefully fix the issue with the curve normals not being consistent on a spiral, making it hard to do sharp profiles that wind around the rod nicely.
