I was rereading it and realizing I was really skipping over a lot of parts at the beginning. I think it was because I wasn't confident in the story doing well and didn't want to dwell on it, so I went back over the start and made sure it had more of the interactions I actually like. This story is mainly for me anyway, so why not make it actually good, you know?
