one and a half years ago i ran a poll to see what kinds of content & rewards my patrons like the most, and now that there's many more of you i figured it was about time to run the same poll again! it's super useful for me to know, because then i can see where your favourite content to see overlaps with what i most enjoy to create, and that helps me determine what to focus on!

so basically - what made you pledge in the first place, and what keeps you wanting to remain one of my patrons? you can vote for as many options as you like!  (& feel free to comment with more detail if you want <3)

Hooooo boy, where to even begin? Well, I guess at the “simplest,” I just really enjoy your art style. Something about the way you draw and color is just really aesthetically pleasing, there’s always the perfect amount of detail where it feels like it should be without making things look “cluttered” or too busy. The way you combine hard and soft lines in your character designs is just fantastic. When you throw in your colors that always go well together and just how simply AMAZING you are at the naturalness of the anatomy in, honestly, just all of your pieces, there’s pretty much not a single thing you’ve published that I wouldn’t be happy to see printed and hung up on a bedroom wall or on a mini-print like a postcard! So, just going off of the quality and unique charm of your art by itself, I’m happy to be a patron for a long time. But more than that, it seems like you’ve just got an inexhaustible amount of creativity, what with all the really cool characters and pairings you come up with! Seriously, just going through your gallery I can’t help but think of how impressive it is to see SO MANY unique characters, from so many sources of inspiration and culture. That also kind of ties in with something else I really like about your art: how inclusive it is in terms of the various cultures and mythologies it draws from, and also in the many different body types you’ve shown! Even if I don’t have the hots for a certain pairing, I know someone out there almost certainly does, and they’re probably really happy to see what they look or feel like represented in such high-quality, sexy art. As for the sexy art itself: again, you’re simply the best I’ve ever seen at the posing and physical anatomy of your drawings. I honestly love looking at your sketch/doodle pages because, even though I’m not an artist, there’s just something super satisfying about seeing so much care into making sure the poses make sense, and I think that’s what makes the sexy art so sexy, in part? Like, being able to say “yeah, that’s exactly how it would look for a normal-sized person to get banged by a werewolf almost twice their height! Cool!” Finally, you’re really good at creating a mix of very very smutty art, and genuinely-wholesome “I can tell they love each other” art, along with everything in between. You just seem to get what makes something sexy, wether it’s the posing, the character pairing, the title of the piece or the commentary/character’s quote you add to it, or a little bit of dialogue!

Well, that ended up being longer than I’d expected! I guess to get to something you could maybe actually use as feedback rather than just endlessly deserved praise though: I really enjoy the sketchbooks, close-up’s, character background stories and lore, being able to vote for things, both SFW and NSFW art, and being able to get an icon of my own OC! Things I think would be really cool to see: stickers, postcards or mini-prints, point-of-view pieces (like “getting to see things from behind the character’s eyes”), and one more thing: monster egg adoptables, where patrons are rewarded with, or the general public can buy an egg for a specific type of monster of your own design (like a phoenix or a naga or a werewolf or a smol Satyr) based off of a general sketch or example of what it’s species grows up to look like, the patron/buyer chooses which one they want based on the colors on the egg, and then it “hatches” into the adopted character! That way, you’d be creating characters that you enjoy creating (while getting to sell them) and people can get something to call their own from a really awesome artist! If you were to do four or five different monsters of the same batch, the “hatched” characters could all have the same pose and such to make it easier on you in terms of workload, but then the colors would be different or maybe other little things like horn shape can differentiate them from each other.

so I marked pretty much everything except for three options, wallpapers, process videos and early access. the reasoning being as follows: wallpapers i can't currently use as I share my household with others for now... XD but I sure will once I can. process videos I don't download immediately as they get posted, but it's great to have a backlog when I want to check up on them and have done so before to see how you did some effect in particular I wondered about. getting to see your process from start to finish is really nice and serves as a great reminder when I'm feeling frustrated with mine that artwork doesn't just magically start out amazing and polished from the start and has to ripen. early access is the least important aspect to me of all, I do think it's great, but if you'd choose to post on social media more frequently and attract more people to your patreon, that would be really nice too. what makes me enjoy subscribing the most besides HTM guides is getting to have a little part in your creative process and a small sense of "community" through the voting, I think that's really fun and I always look forward seeing to the options on the polls. it's such a cool feature! I also loooove behind the scenes stuff, so getting to see your design commentary, wips and sketches is awesome. the unique theme of your patreon, all being original characters and getting to uncover more and more with each new spotlight also gives it a feeling of discovery and progression, just like you'd read a webcomic and what not. oh and last but not least, I love sfw and nsfw art equally, but I do favor nsfw creators as I think erotica is an amazing tool for bringing out character dynamics and it's just all around fun to create and look at. nsfw artists shouldn't be stigmatized and i always wanna support them a little extra. and I also totally agree with the comments by jack, the creativity is just amazing and how you tap into often overseen mythology and folklore. :)

oh and because I saw adoptables getting mentioned... I'd die to see something like a monster of the month adoptable tier in the future, where basically you get to choose the suggestion and have a design based on that? i have never bought an adoptable and am not very familiar with the etiquette around if with terms of use and such, but a sort of guided design sounds so cool! another option could be getting to have a design created based of one of the races from your and kubi's universe, like a closed species (once again, not entirely sure if that's the right terminology). OH and there's some lovely designs in the HTM guides which I'm not sure if they are all ocs or you plan to use them eventually but could be an option.
