Now I got everything working except for OpenIV.asi. My game just refuses to load if I got in installed. And without it, I can't load any PEDs. So I can play around with the powers, but I just look like a regular guy. Any thoughts? Aside from the obvious changing out PEDs and use them. But that limits my amout of PEDs severely. I am used to have 40+ at all times.

make sure you dont habe a outdated update.rpf in mods folder or subfolders

I have installed it all from the bottom. Just to make sure that I had done nothing wrong. But the problem persists. This is so strange and also annoying. Not the same being the Supers without their looks.

im almost sure that the issue is related to a RPF file inside mods folder, for testing you can rename mods folder to something else and then load game with openiv.asi

On the installer it says it's 20.8mb and asks if I would like to install so i click yes and it installs with the green bar etc, but after that it closes and nothing happens. I Check programs and features and it's not listed

You were right. I deleted the update.rpf, re-added it, and the game booted fine. But I still got my problem with peds. The selector does not read that they are there. I got it all as it used to be. The same is true for the capshield. For some reason my dlcpacks wont register at all. I have deleted and re-added them many times now. I am unable to just drag the addonpeds folder into dlcpacks. I have to create a new folder with that name, and then I can drag the dlc into the folder. But it just wont take. Atleast I got a few replaced peds. Thanks for the tip bro!

Hooray for some common sense from Rock*! Unrelated to anything above: I think I asked this before the Great OpenIV Shutdown but maybe got lost in the shuffle. Is there a way to adjust the Criminals mod vehicle health so it is closer to "normal"? I am testing the Iron Man 2.2b but when a regular looking car survives three missiles (while the cop car next to it explodes) it strains credulity slightly. Been trying to cripple a car's engine with repulsors so I can dart the passengers when they get out (like a good superhero) but takes forever...

when I try to go to the GTA V folder it just says I don't have EFLC.exe file what do I do?

you probably are choosing wrong GTA option in the openiv setup menu
