Hi I just got the mod today and I installed everything correctly but still the mod doesn't load. I think it may have something to do with ScriptHookVDotNet changing the name to ScriptHookVDotNet2 .

Is it possible to customise the the time scale and still run at the same speed, like letting us pick 0.001 or 0.1 instead of having a preset. also is it possible to activate the trail without activating the powers i think skydiving, riding bikes and being thrown around by savitar would look cool that way.

I have downloaded the latest version today and when I run the game it says Your version of GTA V is updated, you need to install some new version and then you have to click to go to a site and there is the same Flash V2.6? What can I do?

When you change the ped to Michael Franklin or Trevor you can select their weapons built you can't use them cuz of the right and left clicks being bound

As someone who's been using this on and off for years, here's a few things I'd like to request and that I'd love to see: -Being able to grab ped's limbs and move them like quicksilver mod -Better animations for trails in super slow mo (the trails extend too much when stopping abruptly) -A walking animation for when in super slow mo? -Fix for first person mode camera rotation when standing still being restricted, and walking backwards being bugged (also it bugs sometimes and randomly spins) -Dynamic slow motion adjustment (on mousewheel), and even maybe dynamic run speed adjustment as well Big fan, love this mod!

what if to slow time even further, you change the velocity for entities and set it back after. Or maybe even change it to 0 and store their velocity/momentum until time comes back to normal

this mod or the suits are crashing my game upon loading story mode. i added all the other mods heap, ped limit etc and all other suits and mods worked fine. hulk, spiderman, superman, crime etc but after adding this it or the arrowverse its crashing

no, all variables used by the code are written in .ini files, if it doesn't exists there, means that the option doesn't exists in that script, i can modify the code adding this option

i just tested and its working, i had to delete the old mods\update\update.rpf file from mods folder and insert the new one from update, then make the necessary changes in dlclist.xml

Do you apply Flash file without OIV file? If so, how do you apply it?

When you press L to login it should open a web browser window with the official patreon login API page, are you running game as administrator? maybe the page is opening in background and you cant see, minimize game and see if there is a new window

its in a zip file right? inside this zip there is a scripts folder, you just extract that folder to game folder

I have absolute mod menu It allows me to use story mode mods that are scripts but this one just wont open I put the menu file in the scripts folder dident open put the menu in gta v directory still wont open it I have all the updated scripthookvdotnet stuff but as you are most likely aware you can't use scripthookv online so thats not there but I never had a problem before useing the menu for scripts I would be bummed out if it is manditory that i have scripthookv for all this to work because then i can't play online and thats what i wanted it for please tell me there is a way if you have discord and have a way for me to use this add me ShadowWolf#8380 and ill share my screen and see if we can work it out this is the whole reason why i wanted this mod

the mod dont work good online, this is why there is no support, drive a train is very simple, no much scripting required

there is no big secret, you just need a scripthookV with bypass to work online, my last time trying my mods online was months ago, i dont know if something changed or not recently

its because its .net script based on scripthookVDotNet plugin, ASI scripts are based on asi loader and scripthookv if im not wrong

if you are online some issues may happen, for example, simple object creation may cause issues, i tried to make my mods work online for some time, but tehre is too much locks to avoid modding online

nah i understand but I get the menu to open but once i install the flash mod it just crashes my story mode not trying to be mean or anything i was just frausterated i quit trying to get it to work for a bit now im still new to installing mods but ive used the mod back in the day before you made it payed for and i loved it I just want to be able to run around my friends I mainly want it for the running feature im a huge flash fan I could care less if I have all the features online as long as i can run but without being able to get the mod to even load to be able to run makes me upset

probably something is not correct in the models you installed, game crash isnt a know issue of flash mod on startup

no, i dont have, i recommend that you make a clean install of GTA V, install scripthookV, scripthookVDotNet and then the mod, you probably have something wrong with your game files or other mods

I did ask the people with absolute and they told me some of your mods dont work with there menu so that is probably why I am useing the scripthookv thing that loads it without scripthookv which is prob why

Hello just downloaded the Mod yesterday and it works great however one problem I'm having. Whenever I'm in a Vehicle and I press the down button on the D-pad (Using a controller), the game crashes. So, if I tried to switch characters while in a vehicle, the game would crash. If I'm on foot, it works perfectly. Is there a way I can fix this issue?

Woohoo! Your mods still run with my outdated version of GTA5. I haven't updated in over a year, so I was concerned that the new Script Hook V would put an end to my glorious stand-still version, so I don't have to waste all that time between updates. I can just keep playing! Great job man.

no errors after rock-stars update. the run works but using the powers on the wheel maybe worked a couple of time than nothing. i am looking into updated the addped also because none of the suits will load so it may be relevant to addped. steam forces your game to update is any way to avoid using steam otherwise this enforcement of automatic updates on games is slowly killing the modding scene that i so much love. i d rather never play online and have cool mods like this one! Steam has to stop this i really don't feel like updating every mod readjust hours of setting up mods every time steam forces the game to update when i could care less I want to be the flash! lol.

keep a backup of update.rpf and gta5.exe and gta5launcher.exe files, this way when a update comes you can restore the previous game patch. now about the mod, its working fine in latest game patch, there is something wrong in your end, are you sure that there is only one flash .dll file inside Scripts or one of its subfolders? if you have another copy inside Scripts folder, the scriptHookVDotNet will load both causing issues. Suits models are related to ped models and not the script mod itself, script only loads and use based on name set in the .ini files of the suits.

NIB Menu that you mean is the mod suits menu? it will try to load the ped model based on the name set in the suit .ini file, it also will spawn and attach necessary models set in the suit .ini file too

Thanks for the backup info on dat asap! I have only one, a TFlash.net.dll, a TFlash.ini and a TFlash.nibmod, and The Flash Files folder. Also I noticed something when I updated addonpens 3.1 everytime I add the following line before the line: <item>dlcpacks:\addonpeds\</item> to dlclist.xml the game crashes. when I put the backup original it loads fine. so now it says cannot find or load ped(models)

but the file names you mentioned are different, the extension is part of the name, so, different extension means different file names in the end. about addonpeds, did you removed all the entries in addon editor? you should remove all , Rebuild,then add again and Rebuild

ok thanks. so about addonpeds, I just removed all entries, Rebuild, than addded again rebuild. its the same issue every time I add line "<item>dlcpacks:\addonpeds\</item>" to dlclist.xml in open IV, following the installation instructions. Location in open IV "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data", it than crashes the game. If I delete line, "<item>dlcpacks:\addonpeds\</item>" in dlclist.xml the game loads fine. so I tried loading flash ped, it says error flash not found in ped.rpf. it seems that since the game keeps crashing when I add that line to dlclist.xml so when I take it out that game cannot find said ped. Im not sure if I am right about this? help please thank you.

When i try to use the slow motion it actually makes him move faster for some reason, and the old fashion slow motion also isn't working. i lower the normal speed and try to use the slow motion and he still moves too fast

the default is 1, my mod set it to 0.2 when its needed, if another mod keep setting to 1 all time, my mod changes will be rolled back and your results will be wrong, you need to detect what mod is causing this

probably issue with outdate update.rpf in mods\update folder or even issue with the AddonPeds mod, the script only acts when you toggle powers or spawn enemy/ally, so, it can cause game crash when game is loading

Hey Julio i just downloaded the latest version of script hook v and when i tried to use your flash mod, i tried to just walk normally but it froze and it crashed. i used my controller first and it froze then i tried using my keyboard and it froze. i even tried doing your crash fix suggestion and got the heap and packfile and gameconfig adjustments but still nothing. You should change so the lighting trail lasts longer and dosen't dissapear when you stop and are still in slow motion. And if its possible, add a "Flash Time" or something like that, feature, that is like the quicksilver mod, which allows you to travel in the speed of light, so everything is still, that would be cool.

The mod dosen't seem to work properly for me around some safehouses, I cant move properly and my lightning trail dissapears and the only way I could find to get it back is to restart the game. If you could fix that it would be great. And also, you should really change the left mouse button attack, even if i just punch into the air, it scares everyone in a large area around you and often gets you a wanted level, not so realistic when it barely dose any noise.

It has all current CW The Flash skins as one DLC, provided with .OIV package and special menu to make the installation and in-game usage easier. mmm, maybe something went wrong in the .oiv package setup, you can try to test game without mods to see if the game files still intact, to do this temporary remove the asi loader (dinput8.dll) from game folder

This is a suggestion for Flash V3 if you’re planning to make it. Just wanted to say the current Flash mod is still one of my favorites. It’s super fun and way ahead of most other mods. But if you ever plan on making a V3, I had a few ideas that could really take it to the next level: 1. Death Drag (speedforce drag) Flash grabs someone while sprinting and drags them across the ground or up walls, doing damage over time. You already had something similar in your Superman mod (dragging enemies while flying), so adapting that for Flash’s speed would be amazing. 2. Adjustable FlashTime Would be great to have an option to control how much time slows down—either in the mod menu or .ini file. Some might want extreme slow-mo, others might want it more subtle and responsive. 3. Run-Through Kill (A-Train Style) (splatter rush) A brutal move where Flash runs straight through someone at top speed, and they explode into pieces—just like A-Train in The Boys. Would be perfect for this mod. 4. Catching Bullets & RPGs It’d be awesome if Flash could catch bullets or even RPGs mid-air while in slow motion—maybe even throw them back. Would really sell that feeling of being faster than anything else on screen. Thanks again for all the work you’ve put into this mod. Even just one of these would make this mod amazing!

Make sure you have ScripthookV and asiLoader installed, also NibSHDotNet, links on readmes, Run Rockstar launcher as administrator: -With game and Rockstar Launcher closed use windows explorer (or any folder in your computer) to navigate to "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Launcher" (Or wherever your rockstar launcher is installed) -Right click the file "Launcher.exe" and click in "Properties" -Click in "Compatibility" and check the box "Run this program as an administrator" then click in "Ok"

A couple of things I wish you should add/change. You should change so you can do more things while in slomotion, punching, throwing lightning, almost all abilities. Add a sort of flash time ability, maybe that works like the quick silver mod, but better. And make the lightning not dissappear when you stop while still in slow motion. Love the mod by the way, keep updating it and adding things, it was a while ago.

I found a bug, in the beach area near the mask shop there are plastic chairs. If we use the option to sink cars underground and do this with a chair, the bug is triggered which won’t let you aim at anything else unless you close the game.

Hey man! I love your mods! But I have a question that I been trying to figure out! Can you change the timescale on the flash mod? I did try with the files etc....Is there a setting??? I really just want time to look near frozen, right now cars move at 2-5 mph when they're going 70-80 so it does not look too fast for someone like the flash + I've been trying to do it for a while now? I have a big problem with the hotkeys. I can't change them anywhere—there is no option in the mod menu, and modifying the .ini file doesn't work at all. Specifically, the default E key for the superpower conflicts directly with the game's default E key interaction . It's not about other features; it's specifically this E conflict, and it's really frustrating and causes a lot of trouble. Could you please look into this?

The problem is that I want to use both the mod's power and the game's original interactions at the same time. Right now, because the hotkey is locked to (E), using the mod's power overrides or interferes with the game's interaction, making it impossible to use both. That's why I need to change the hotkey, but as I mentioned, modifying the •ini file doesn't work at all and there's no menu option for it. Is there a way to successfully change the hotkey so I can use both features?

Can you add back the feature where when you press foward + shift + right mouse and then release the right mouse, you go even faster? This feature was really cool and you can make it optional and configurable just in case people have a tough time controlling it.

Whenever you're running and press insert you get a cool lightning effect around you, but when reenabling your powers it goes away. Can you add that in as an option to have the lightning effect when equipping a suit. That could be like the zoom effect a lot of people are wanting

2026-09-06 19:00 This is a lot buggier than previous versions. Some if not most attacks dont work. Some work but then cause some weird bug afterwards such as NPC attaching to player. Can't properly run on slightly non-flat surfaces such us downhill/uphill.

I can't manage to install the mod. I have scripthookV n dinput no native installed though plus script hook (asi) script (2.dll) and hook (3.dll) downloaded I installed the flash mod with openiv using the flash.oiv. Quantum break is installed using openiv plus NIBMods iov installed using openiv and also arrowverse dlc 1.6 oiv and its all in the gta file and when I open it my game doesn't even open it crashes the game not also that but the Rockstar launcher and nothing happens. I don't get the gist of this as I've installed Flash 2.6 before and that was fine because it was not in a oiv file but the 2.6.8 update just confuses me a lot

you probably didn't extracted the files, you cant open a .zip with openiv, extract the .oiv files to open with openiv, pay attention to the guide

this is simple the phase working, you can toggle phase in the power selection hud

the fact you select other attack in the special powers hud don't will disable the powers that are toggle On, you need to select phase again in the powers hud to disable it

Ah in single player you cannot interact with things with the "E" key when the powers are activated. Anything that requires E to be pressed will activate a power and not the item or action, so the mod has to be disabled then re-enabled to accommodate.

Hi thanks for the mod I've installed everything correctly including the limit fix when I run my game every thing works except my powers when I press lb on my controller no power wheel appears one the power in word form and when I select the power and try to execute my player would Ethier get stuck or the game would freeze or he would run straight in to the floor in to the ground out of the map. Hey Julio! For some reason the "Toggle Powers" option is not working for The Flash Mod. In order for me to use the powers all while maintaining the characters appearance...I have to put on a suit and then to turn the character back to one of the main three, I have to select a ped. Is there a way to toggle the powers on and off, without having to put on one of the suits?

dont you have a "keep player character"? you can make a copy of a suit .ini file, open with notepad and edit model to model=player and edit displayname to one you want

Hey Julio, thank you for your quick response....I honestly didn't think that you would have to the time to respond as fast as you did. To answer you question on whether I have a "keep player character" option, it does not look like I do...or I least I haven't seen an option like that. I will try and make a copy of a suit in the ".ini" file. Thank you for the suggestion! This may be a stupid question but which ".ini" file should I be editing? I am assuming one of the .ini files in the "scripts > The Flash Files> Suits" folder? Thanks again for taking the time to help me out with this.

Thanks Julio, I gave it a shot and it works. The only problem is that the player model removes whatever get-up that I was wearing and defaults to the character get-up. How can I keep the character at is and only toggle the powers off and on?

i can't remember uf this applies to Flash but check if the suit .ini file have a variable called bSetDedaultComponentVariation and set it to =0 (zero or false)

After seeing what was done with the Superman mod, the Flash is currently on my mind constantly. I love this mod and think game developers should take note of what you've accomplished. I mean that if we enter Flashtime (with mouse right click) the character is falling too slow. I'm not sure if it's intended behaviour or not, but if it is, maybe it'd be cool to have an option, that could allow the character to fall at the same speed as he is running in the Flashtime. first of all, you should choose mods folder when installing, maybe that's the issue, the mods folder probably have a copy of dlclist.xml without the entry

There is a glitch where if you kill a speedster enemy, you no longer have slow motion while running. Maybe just enable slow motion while another speedster is around for awesome slow motion fights.

I don't think that's a glitch you have to press the option to remove all the speedster enemy's. It automatically disables slow motion so the enemy wont be standing still when you run

But if you spawn an enemy and kill him, you lose slow motion while running until you die.

when you open the menu underneath where it says spawn enemy, theirs an option that says "remove all enemy" pressing that removes the body of the enemy and you'll be able to run in slow motion again

I don't really see them as less aggressive, they just seem to use other powers more, but for me they seem to use the lightning throw almost all the time, and wont let me get up even, it's funny at times, but it has annoyed me, but I really do appreciate the variety put into it, rather than just running up to you and punching you, they use their own powers, it's a very nice feature

yea i miss the '' wont get me up '' part . cuz it was a fucking big challenge XD first time a played it , i was making traps for flash , like Bombs on all the cars in a parking and too BOOOM him After , i use cap mod duel the flash mod , i use to try to duel like more than one flash ahahah like 5 power rangers with the colored thunder , colors ALL the places and thunder beam when the new captaine america mod came out , i was 1 flash with 4 flash on a CapMod enemie and it was a bit hard, now they wait for me to punsh them but still great tho , creating a list of on/off powers for the enemy would be hard im sur, if i miss the old one still I have it in my pc , there is no problem , i like it alot

I know yo probably have your hands full with requests , but a great mod that needs to be made is a simple lazer gun mod , there are so so many star wars stormtroopers mods and models, even a starwars blaster model, and i feel like it is all a waste if they cant even shoot lazers , on another note a good jedi and force ,script /mod would be amazing , all the ones that are out there are not very good and sort of clunky , it would be cool to have a force push ,choke , lightsaber throw , and blocking bullets with it, I understand a lot of those are very complicated to do and may not be possible , but even a couple of them would be awesome, I figured if anyone can do it its you

I tought about that today is it possible to spawn transparent colored game object connected with a light to your fist and use is as a weapon to smash or shoot as a projectile ? Hello, I was just wondering if there is a way to fire weapons normally with the flash mod. Whenever I try to shoot a gun, it throws a punch first, then starts shooting. I like shooting all of the bad guys at once in slow motion, then watching them all fall at once when I turn off slow motion. If there is no way to do this currently, would it be difficult to have switch or hotkey or something to allow it? Thanks

if the .ini file doesn't have the variables, the script isn't loading them and they aren't codded, so, adding the variables in .ini file wouldn't change anything

One of my favorite mods that you added, I was hoping maybe for an update & it would be sweet to see like an option to grab someone out of a vehicle that would be awesome! & maybe like where we can make the timescale so slow it seamlessly looks like the traffic and pedestrians are stopped, almost like the quicksilver mod that came out in 2017. It would be cool to like toggle on and off the trail like behind the speedsters so i can use my quicksilver ped and just run around haha. Love this mod though thank you!

this is because you set to always open with notepad... if it's the .zip file, you should open with winzip or WinRAR, if its the .oiv file, you should use openiv package installer to open the file.

if the lag happens when using the powers you can try to disable or change the ray or trace options in the Options menu if the script, now if lag happens without powers enabled then the issue may be related to the models setup

I've been using this mod for so long and its sooo goood, they're just some things i think you should Add/Fix/Change 1. Add the ability to make people see you as a hero, like The Flash or Kid Flash and not get scared when you punch or use an ability (And make people see you as a villain, kinda how it is right now) 2. Make it so the blur after you doesn't dissapear if you stop and have slowmotion on. 3. Make the blur look better when it dissapears and slowmotion is off. 4. When walking make it so you walk slower when you hold Right Click. 5. Make it so when you punch SlowMotion dosen't turn off. 6. Make it so Phase turns on on all objects (sometimes on some objects it you dont Phase) 7. Make it so you have to hold E on all abilities to use it and when you release E you stop using the ability (dont make it like this for Super Melee Attack, Lightning Attack and Phase and the ones you toggle on/off) 8. Make a custom sound for when you stop (it sounds weird with a sound from a car drifting)

@will noon make sure you have scripthook.dll2 in your main directory, all the videos i watched didn't do that and so i tried it myself a while ago and it worked when i was having this same problem. Hope this helps.

The suits are not working like it just equips the character with some purple jumpsuit, it wont spawn any ally or enemy but it says ally/enemy created but overall the powers are working properly just the suits and the ally/enemy spawning...And I have followed a tutorial in youtube too.

I installed the mod, it worked well. But I hated the fact that there are no suits. I searched up many videos on how to install them but none worked for me. If you are going to release a mod (and not make it free to the public if I may add) please make sure to have all of the addons with it, including different suits. Because, now, I paid for this mod, and don't even want to use it without suits, so currently I'm paying for it monthly, and not even using it. Unless someone would link me a full tutorial on how to get the suits, I would suggest you fix your shit :/

Hey man. I had the same problem. The solution is very easy. You need to download the cw character pack on gtavmods.com. It’s meant to work with the flash mod so if you install the character pack, you’ll get all the suits of all characters( minus Jesse quick)
