hi julio, i have a question to ask you. When i use the superman mod(everything is perferctly work） running very fast to crash something like a car, and then my character fall, looks like a ragdoll as normal character always do.I still remember that the old version of your superman mod,the character who have the power is actually man of steel（instead been attacked by superman enemy or other super power character），it couldn't be crash by other vehicle and can crash any vehicle without ragdoll（include train）. would you tell me is this a normal situation or just i have the problem？Wait your respond，thank you honestly！

you don't need to reinstall game, you can temporary kove those other mods to somewhere outside game folder to test, reload the game

unfortunately，there have too many mods i install（QAQ）, and the most of them are OIV package，i can't find which files are mods file accurately......so i already reinstall my GTA5 and install superman mod，the unstoppable action is totally work, maybe i should test another author's mod first before create some conflict crash my game :( As always,thanks for your help!

In the settings script of the peds= normal eyes_clothID:9 glowingeyes_clothID:9 glowingeyes_clothVAR:1 and glowingeyes_clothTextVAR:0 these settings cause the eyes of the peds glowing. But when I apply these settings to the ped: peds_Supergirl_DCEU_dreadnot it doesn't work. what should i do to make them glowing? Thank you

you must be sure that the ped model have the drawable variables, "nibmods menu, dev tools, cloth combination" may help

Hello Julio, I started playing GTA again and decided to download your mods again so became a patreon again after a few years maybe :) I installed the Thor, Flash and Superman mods, and the first two work without issue, however the Superman one simply says that it is starting the script but nothing happens. I can select the suit in peds selector, but am unable to activate the powers. It just says sending toggle powers command, and nothing happens... The two other mods appear in the list in the NIB menu, but Superman only appears in the toggle powers menu. If I were to try and uninstall and reinstall, which files do I have to remove? Or do you have any other suggestions?

Do you have any tutorials on how to edit the suit files for instance to remove the powers from some ped models? For instance, the Darth Knight's Wonder Woman is meant to be used with the Thanos mod, and because of changes he made to her suit.ini she cannot use any of his powers. I would like some superpowered peds, but without the laser eyes and other Superman powers. Maybe you could consider thinking about making a villains script that can be used with peds we want to use the superheroes against? Just a suggestion. It would also be amazing if you would add randomly spawning criminals or super villains to this mod, like you have with the Spiderman mod.

those mods commonly have a easy to use editor in gane to customize some aspects of the character, thanos and superman v2 have this, also its good check the suit .ini files, there is lot if "enabled" variables there

Yeah, I have been playing around and disabled most of the attacks for a parademon ped that I downloaded, so far it is going ok. On my Superman ped that I am using I disabled most attacks to not be used with charged attacks and melee, but it still sometimes does a kick or a ground punch when I use charged attack, even though I set it to false in the use with charged attack section. Do I maybe need to change it in the suits.ini file itself instead of just ingame?

I found that some things that I changed within the game maybe had duplicate entries in the suit.ini file? So I had to go and change them there as well (set use with melee or charged to false)

there is some duplicated variables, but the ones affected by in game editor is what matters

I made some more changes before sleep last night, I am going to test them out. I think the duplicated values do matter because Superman was still performing attacks that I disabled in the in game suit editor. If I run into more issues I will email you. I am also making changes to the parademon suit ini and have removed all of Superman's powers except flight and the basic melee attacks and head/heart rip off/out. I will do some testing with it to see how it behaves, and if it behaves well, if you want I can send it to you so you can add it to your mod in case someone wants to use it for a less powerful villain to fight against. At least that is what I am doing with your mods, playing as the Superheroes (currently Superman as it is truly amazing) and fighting supervillains and the army :D

Yeah, under suit config, in laser/blast laser, I just changed "laser fx type" from props v2 to new fx from v2

I'd like Franklin's "keep player" model to wear a shirt I downloaded but I'm not sure where the upper file is so I can replace it. I tried replacing his shirt and it only affected the in game version of his white wife beater rather than the "keep player" version in the ultimate superman mod so I'm assuming you have a specific model file somewhere? I can replace or mess with?

yes, but when you are installing it asks if you want install in Mods folder or in Game folder, if the package says to choose Mods folder, you must do it. Also, you must install openiv.asi plugin in OpenIV... Tools... ASI Manager, to be able to install things in Mods folder

It says V2.1.8.2 and the laser doesn’t appear when I use it. I can’t even use the super wind blow. I’ve reinstalled it several times and it says the same thing.

are you holding Ctrl? you need to find the hotkeys lines in superman v2 .ini files and then delete those lines, when script loads again it will write defaults

In the movie he has a bunch of set attacks such as grabbing someone and electrocuting them till they disintegrate, it could be super similar to the Superman mod as well. The change suit animation would be super dope

If you installed everything correctly (no limits and GTA Space), then hitting the 9 on the number pad will bring up your space menu. Use arrow keys to move and enter to select. It's in the Player option. It took a while for me to find the answer.

To disable space walk in order to correct your in space animation. If you installed GTA Space, and the No Boundaries properly. You should be able to hit 9 on your number pad to open the GTA Space menu. Then use arrow keys to cycle options and Enter to select. Disable Space Walk is in the Player option.

based on the error i imagine that your dlclist.xml file have missing lines or characters, it should end with those lines: < /Paths> < /SMandatoryPacksData> also, each "< Item>" must end with "< /Item>", example of what should appear after installing your package: < Item>dlcpacks:\Homelander_24102023_042617\< /Item> if all its fine, your dlclist.xml ends with the following lines after installing the package < Item>dlcpacks:\Homelander_24102023_042617\< /Item> < /Paths> < /SMandatoryPacksData> case you cant fix your dlclist.xml, send it to my email and i fix for you obs.: i had to add some spaces after each < to avoid issues displaying the text here on this web page the dlclist.xml path its: mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

ok, i tested and its working, this is a secondary action, so, you must hold DPad Left and then press the hotkey, in this case Right Shoulder, so, if you hold DPad Left+Right Shoulder you will see the special vision modes menu and if you hold DPad Left and simple press Right Shoulder it will toggle special vision on/off

Im having a problem where the powers wont activate when i select the superman mod, the character will run away like he is changing powers, but then when he returns the camera is locked in place and if i move the controller the character will walk off camera but the camera will not follow. If i do keep current character instead of selecting superman the camera will stay but i still will not have powers. I have done a clean install and still no luck.

No, the last time ive tried the superman mod was over a year ago. it worked then. I can get other mods to work though, The Flash works just fine. I just cant seem to get the powers for superman

2026-09-06 19:00 Hey, you did an amazing job with this mod I'm really enjoying it. Relatively new with modding in general, was wondering how to add different enemy peds for the superman script. Do they have to have ini files in order for that to be possible and do they go in gta v/scripts/superman script files/suits or a different place? Also, if so what can you do if one is not provided with the ped?

yes, they go there, if you add peds using my toll to add peds you can generate and install the suit .ini file for my mods, otherwise you must do manually, making a copy of a existing one and editing name and model

can't remember exactly, its one of the "edit" that you have, if i can remember well there its one edit for laser and one for blast, in the edit mode you press space to change between base (glow) and the laser, there is a text on right bottom

you are not using the desired ped model? you shouldn't edit based in a different ped model, results probably gona be wrong when you use the desired ped... you should download and install the ped model, check links on readme, gta5mods site also have lot of models, some models come with suit .ini file configured for the mod

Which btw would be a good idea for the future to have in the option menu. Can I have the original values please? A lot of them are 1 but I can't tell if something feels different or not lol I just need to make sure

if im not wrong there is a "restore defaults " in the Suit Config menu, if doesn't, you can simple delete big part of the suit .ini file lines, just keep first 10 lines (model, name, etc), when loading the scripts again, it will write defaults, make a copy of the suit .ini in a separated folder as backup

ah, probably they are in main .ini file located in Scripts folder, you can delete the custom lines or delete the entire file (superman.ini if i remember well)

lol, no, you can disable custom camera in Suit Config, and you can fix any offset that may be wrong too

Yeah but I have to edit each individual suit files and I have a LOT. 2.2 kinda messed up my glowing eyes, props and camera positions and it's a chore to have to fix those in the suit individually. 2.1 was simpler I liked it hehe, I was hoping maybe it's possible to just have the death grab animation copied or something to my 2.1 version, can a simple copy paste on the dlc file do it? I'd like to try hehe

no, dont work like that, need to be coded, i don't have plans on doing this, isn't worth. You can edit the suit .ini files directly instead of using Suit Config in game, you can disable new eyes detection mode and disable new glowing eyes

maybe it's your add peds method failing, addonpeds mod may fail for some, this is why i made my tool to add peds. the red names just means that game can't load the peds, isn't a issue in the mod.

suits folder it's for suit .ini files (configuration files that determines things like enabled powers, ped model, etc.) so, you must have one suit .ini for each ped model you want, you can make a copy and edit model and name using notepad

issues in your side, in a normal environment it would decrease something close to 15fps, big drops can be results of antivirus running constant checks, other scripts acting, etc. from which fps to which one you go when activating

I think it was conflicting with LSPDFR. After deleting LSPDFR, it still goes to 10fps like 3-5 seconds. After that, game is back to normal. Thanks for helping

things didn't changed to make necessary a "updated" guide. if you are running openiv as administrator it wont let you drag and drop files to it, you must use the menus, if i can remember well its: tools>package installer

When I launch the Superman mod in the game, I get an error message saying "ERR_SYS_INVALIDRESOURCE_5" and then the game crashes. If I ignore the pop-up, I can still play, but when attacking, it says I’m missing animations that need to be downloaded. As a result, when I fly around, my character just stays in a normal stance. Hi Julio, great work on the mod, I love it! However I have had a few problems while using it. Firstly, sometimes after fighting with this mod, there's a (sometimes there are 2) cigarrette(s) floating on Superman's eyes/nose and I'm not sure what caused it. Secondly, I've had this problem a few times while fighting against other mods or even just fighting crime (using your crime mod); after being hit while using my heat vision/heat vision blast, suddenly I lost all the powers and I have to reload the mod to access the menu and activate my powers again. Finally, there's an "Error requesting ped model" every time when I try to use the mod (I did have the peds installed correctly) and most of the time the mod and the ped still load normally, but sometimes (2/10 times) it makes the game crash. I am sending you a screenshot with the error for the third problem in the Patreon Message, can you give me some advice on how to fix these problems ? Thanks a lot man

the error loading ped model might be Barak101 related - try spawning THAT suit ini file as an ally before you equip it

reduce EnergyDrain to 0, and increase energy regeneration to 100 if you want. Energy drain is hardly noticeable in day time

I have the same issue minus the cigarette and ped model. When I fight against the other superhero mods after a few hits I lose all the powers too. The version before worked absolutely fine, so it's just this final release that's got the issue.

Hello can anyone help me? The laser eyes do not appear when I use the blast head effect. The laser eye effect is also showing up dim and not as bright as shown in this video. I have downloaded both oiv files and reinstalled them and I still have the same problem.

Yes, it runs 60fps or 80fps. I am also able to run mods like LSPDFR with no problems at all. But as soon as I activate the mod, my frames drop to 12 or 14fps

Is there any way to modify the damage to the solar flare? it's still cool skill but it weaker than laser blast, when it was uncharged. I think solar flares should be stronger than laser blasts. This is because solar flares use at least a quarter of their energy. I tested the rhino tank for damage.

there is no standard for each model, there is a default value that fits big part, if you open the suit .ini file and delete the laser eyes offsets variables, next time you load the game and the suit it will apply defaults

Default Windows 10 Defender. I don't think antivirus is the issue. Specs or not all your other mods work fine and are the same fps but superman 2 here is on some skullduggery. I've fiddled with the options in the mod menu to see if that would change anything and NOPE. So yeah man, idk. Supes 2 can't keep dropping me down to 10-20 fps it's too good and I need a permanent solution lol

if the mod have hit force coefficient variables in the suit .ini files or in main .ini file, yes, also the mod would need to have that slap attack, it won't affect normal game melee. if you toggle powers in more than one mod you will have issues due to hotkeys conflicts making attacks happen at same time in both mods and other issues

in the suit.ini change the hitForceCoedPeds and hitForceCoedBigPeds and hitForceCoedOther = for vehichles. I believe thats what they're called. You can change these variables individually for each suit

You have to close the game through task manager now. I think it's an issue on Rockstars end that they need to fix. The game does not fully close when you exist out so you have to do it manually

issues in your side, firewall blocking connection to my servers make sure your game is allowed in all firewalls (public and private networks, inbound and outbound connections). don't run the game in Offline mode. check your dns settings, maybe your dns provider is blocking. also check if you are using a proxy and if it is avoiding the connection.

I did not apply the fix. I realized I needed to get a new version of script hook. Where do i find the fix or how do I do it? sorry, not very familiar with this. One last question. The laser beams move very erratically leaving a lot of ghosting when flying or moving when using them. is this a Bug or just part of it?

Ok ill do it as soon as I am able to use log in and the mod again. I got the game to work after Using the "Verify" Option on the Epic Games Launcher but now the Mod Menu Does not show up or there is no way to activate the mods for some reason. I checked the game folder and all the Mod files are still there. Everything looks the same.

I have no clue whether this problem is on my side of things or what, but when executing this script it plays fine and flawlessly but after a random short period of time my gta will start freezing every few seconds, and eventually the script aborts and takes away my powers, the log says something like "Superman V2 is not responding! well the game itself doesn't crash, but as for the script things disappear like the superman menu, ui, reticle, and animations (unless im flying, then im locked in the flying position) or anything related to the script yet the NibMod menu still works perfect, as well as the god mode , it just stops the superman script alone, if any of this helps the only mods i have installed are the ones required for this mod as well as ScriptHookVDotNet so i dont believe anything could be conflicting with this mod sorry if im a little buggy, btw friend!

i timed it right after i ran it as administrator the first time coincidentally, and it lasted a little over 6 minutes that specific time after activation, which is the longest its lasted, and yes insert of course does reload it and get it back working completely, it does continue to have the same troubles but it is actually manageable if we cant get to a fix in time

UPDATE: I pulled GTAV from backup, started over w/mods: loaded everything up, then installed you're paid mod first. Worked. Other mods loaded in after and seem to work so far. Spiderman has a suit issue whereby it is a black man in a white suit (that I've never seen before in the game) instead of the spidey suit ( I did add the peds to the peds.pfd files). But otherwise things working good now.

Try installing a gameconfig file that allows 2xs - 3xs more peds and vehicles. It uses more memory. I did this and now have no issues

I can get the suit but when I activate the powers he shoots up into the air and i see the UI for a split second and it goes away and he spawns and kind of ragdolls and falls down and he doesn't have any powers. but when I spawn Allies or enemies they are able to use powers - EDIT: the only way I was able to get it to work is to install the spiderman mod and activate the superman mod while the spiderman mod is activated as well and then disable the spiderman mod

Maybe you can help? Whenever I install your ini.oiv files using OpenIV, my Rockstar launcher always updates after, and the suits / skins don't work. They show on the in game menu, but as red with an error listed beside them. Any idea why this always happens?

Thanks man. I wasn't installing it in the mod folder. I also then had to follow your fix for the game crashing on loading story mode. All sorted now though. Loving your mods.

2026-09-06 19:00 estou com um problema serio no mod do superman v2 entre outros, de travamentos e queda de fps durante a gameplay, que eu não sei mais o que fazer, já tentei de tudo e não resolveu, foi assim na versao anterior, e na nova continua tambem. o engraçado, é que quando eu baixei pela primeira vez não era assim, o jogo rodava liso, mas dps de umas 10 ou 15 dias de gameplays ficou assim, e é por isso que eu não acho que é problema de desempenho do meu pc, até porque com outros mods o jogo funcionava perfeitamente, qnd estou correndo, o tempo todo acontece travadinhas que não atrapalham muito, mas mesmo assim é muito chato. e nas lutas e qnd estou correndo muito rapido, acontecem as piores, a solução pra pelo menos eu conseguir jogar, mesmo com esse problema, foi desativar outros mods, como o thor e godzilla, pq se deixar muitos dos seus mods ativados, acontecem tantos travamentos que nao da pra jogar, enfim, existe alguma coisa que eu possa fazer pra resolver isso? 👉👈 outras pessoas já relataram o mesmo problema? eu amo muito os seus mods. me ajuda por favor 🙏🙏🙏 😘

bom cara, aqui não tenho problemas assim, fica difícil para eu determinar a causa se eu não consigo simular, ja ouve reports similares mas considerando a qtd de usuários, são pouquíssimas pessoas com o aparente problema

I tested this mod for a few days, it is my favorite script, the powers, the fast run everything is bad a@@. I have only one issue, regarding flight modes, that I don't like. I think a flight animation with one more stage should be nice, like Iron Man has. For example, idle, flight, then forward flight like we have now, then lean forward with the arms in front(this one is missing) then after that sonic boom. What i did for now in INI was to lower my normal flight, then make sonic boom increases to 50 instead of 150, so i wont fly like crazy but still have the animation of superman flights, not just "hover/glide" fast. But regardless, this is a marvelous work, thank you for everything.

you should have a suit .ini file for each character you want use in the mod, this way they will appear in the menu. you can make a copy of keep playee character suit .ini file and edit the model and name variables

Hey man, I cant seem to access the "E" button for special attacks menu, like nothing pops up at all. But the menu works, thats about it. How do I access the special attacks menu by pressing E?

2026-09-06 19:00 Love this mod. This is by far your best superhero mod. Can I make a request? Can you make it so that you can change your walking style, so while playing you can glide along the floor like Invincible does? I find it really cool how in his home he prefers floating to walking. It looks really badass.

It was the free version works fine but I'll use the paid version and zero it must be my pc or something

check the installation log, the only situation where this happens is when game still running in background, ctrl+alt+del > task manager > process

how did you lower the normal "glide" kind of flight speed? im trying to figure out which one just lowers that speed i like how fast you fly when you actually speed up but the glide/hover speed is waayy too fast lol

Best Superman experience i have found in a video game. Shame we have no good Superman games let alone one that lets you be a evil superman and round house kick a dude u just yeeted half across the country. Only thing that could make it better julio would be if you could make it so bullets bounce off superman instead of him taking the shots like a normal person and blood comes out. And making it so when people punch you with their fist, it hurts them like as if they punched a wall, or if they use something like a bat it breaks when it hits you. Other than that this mod is the best Superman experience i've had in a game and GTA V isn't even a superman game.

Question About the Peds, for example the "Keep player" doesn't quite work, Whenever its activated it switches to a previous clothing choice, for example: You're franklin wearing a hoodie, jeans and no hat and you activate the "Keep Player" Suit it and it switches to franking wearing a tanktop hat and shorts, is it a problem with the "Keep Player?"

would anything cause my laser setting to change at all like slightly off set from eyes? also is it possible to have the laser automatically be centered in peds pupils?

Can you add the ability to use heat vision and blast while actually flying? Also is it possible to add a flight acceleration similar Thor or iron where we can simply hold a joystick forward or button down and just accelerate as apposed to the "air punch"?
