Godzilla eWIP #2 released (Patreon)

Added Atomic Explosion (Beta) and made some other changes and improvements.

I planned to add a blackout when the explosion happens but the game seems to draw wrongly the ped glowing parts when a blackout is enabled, so, no blackouts so far.
