ScripthookV FIX for game update (Patreon)

Edit: ScripthookV update released:http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/ ***As always, game updated and the actual version of ScripthookV isn't working and we need to wait for new version of ScripthookV*, but, the previous .exe file of GTA 5 Steam version still working fine, so, if you have Steam version of the game, you can apply this backup and keep using the mods.Files:-gta5 file-(optional) update.rpf file *Update of ScripthookV commonly comes in a week or less.Tip 1: Backup your files before replacing them, backup is always goodTip 2: If you replace your update.rpf in mods folder, you will loose added peds/vehicles/props entries if you forget to backup dlclist.xml first, its also good backup gameconfig.xml to avoid crash at loading due to gameconfig.
