ScripthookV temp FIX - Again (Patreon)

Here we go again...

Rockstar released a (probably) bug fix for his recent game update and this made scripthookv stop working again due to version check.

If you are using STEAM version of the game you still can run your mods with this backup of gta5.exe file. Probably the same idea works for other releases of GTA 5 like Rockstar Launcher and Epic Games but i dont have the backup files...
