Hi everyone!! Just a quick update - the switcher died so for the livestream we are currently stuck on a fixed wide angle.

Very sorry about that, but unfortunately there’s not a whole we can do at the moment.

Exit the video and go back in. That's what I did and it worked.

Hopefully you can get it sorted

Antuan

Ah that makes sense, thanks for the update

Deanna

ok, thank you for letting us know. I appreciate it.

Anonymous

Other than that it's going well

Anonymous

Understandable. Still enjoying the match!

Jim W

No worries. Awesome show so far.

Brian Kalmus

As someone who has worked in tv, that is tragic. Even though I’m not watching the live stream, my heart goes out to you.

Anonymous

Will this be fixed for the edited version?

Anonymous

Imagine if the switcher was a person and they were just casually saying "hey sorry guys, our camera guy George died so we're stuck with just a wide shot now"

Anonymous

My link isnt working anyone else having issues

Very disappointing

Oliver Gehrmann

Add it to your watchlist, connect your YouTube account to your smart TV or Apple TV or whatever and then watch it on a big screen. It's OKish then. I couldn't watch it on my laptop, it gave me a headache. Although I have to say that the most infuriating thing for me was being called a troll in the chat. I've been supporting this show from day 1, I tell other people about it whenever I can, I'm in the 20 USD tier, I'm running around with a t-shirt that says "proud patron" and it's perfectly reasonable to point out that the camera angle is "extremely underwhelming". It's actually terrible incorrect to call it "extremely underwhelming" as the proper way to describe it isn't exactly possible with PG 13 words...

Can the switcher be fixed?

Unfortunately no. Again, the final version will have different angles. We DO have multiple cameras.

Anonymous

Yes, Thanks for letting us know Emma!!

Robby

Part of the live experience is going with the flow. Makes me love and appreciate these guys and gals even more. 🤗

Anonymous

loving the match! i only wish the camera shot was just on the competitors. we don’t need the wide shot with mark & kristian all the time.

Anonymous

When can I click on the video so I can watch it from the beggining? I don’t want to get spoiled , ha

Anonymous

Well, you win some. You learn some

Anonymous

This is a tough watch. When will the final version be out?

Rob McDonald

I'm trying to watch it now, but the video has been blocked on copyright infringement from UMG. Is there an alternate way to watch?

Anonymous

So who is UMG and why have they copyright blocked the video??

Robby

Emma’s on it as we speak!

Anonymous

My link has been blocked by UMG on copyright grounds.

Anonymous

They took down the live stream message says "This video contains content from UMG, who has blocked it on copyright grounds."

Anonymous

Totally let down. Had a few friends over and bought pizza to watch the event. Will definitely need to think about our patreon contribution since every exclusive video so far has shown up on YouTube for free.

Anonymous

no it hasn't only last years exhibition matches did to entice new patreons,t ehy are not going to do that, the player commentaries and the ebhind the scenes are all exclusive to us. Live evnts were never meant to be exclsuive jsut first view

Anonymous

Well it does come down to the product and what's delivered. I went to the Facebook page to see about why 5 hours later it wasn't rendered and subsequently I saw the subposed "masterpost" while scrolling and FB has a reply or two revealed from that post and it spoiled the FFA. So I haven't watched the show but I know the winner already. It's a mixture of knowing your platform and knowing your product. Maybe when I wake up in 8 hours I can actually watch the show around 9amPST before work.

Right there with ya. Scrolled through the FB page to see what was wrong and caught the winner. Was looking forward to this one.
