We've started the changeover, so be sure to pick your new tier before the September 1st billing hits!

There are a number of old tiers that were removed, so be sure to check your account status and confirm you're assigned to an active tier -- you don't want to get billed without reaping the benefits.

I'm still paying but I'm not getting anything except polls and updates. I've tried changing tiers and editing my subscription or whatever and nothing. I've commented similar in a few places as I don't know where to best get a response/fix.
