Out of curiosity, how do you decide on poses and clothing options for these pin ups? Is it just something you have in mind based on the characters, or do you have to sit down and really think about it?

Sometimes I just pencil something and erase arms and redraw arms and erase arms and redraw arms until I find a good positioning, and then erase arms and then redraw arms because I've just accidentally settled into a pose I use too often. Sometimes I find reference model images, because that first routine can be a bit annoying.
