I hear it as dactyl dactyl trochee, so it clashes with the trochaic tetrameter. I can't think of a song with that meter off the top of my head. It matches the phrase "Everything's coming up roses" which I think is probably a song title or at least lyrics, but I doubt it has the catchy factor of TMNT.
