Hello Ali cats, I hope the beginning of this week is going well for all of you :) My character revamp still has a bit of work to be done but I thought I would share with my Ali cats a little preview of her so far. I didn’t want to show her entire outfit or the mascot yet :P

Having said that, this Friday’s audio will be a mommy fox girl! It’s been a while since I’ve done an older character so I look forward to it ✨ Next Friday there won’t be a poll! Instead it will be an audio of a particular cat girl…I wonder who? 🧐 lol. I’m also planning a very long YouTube audio for later this week. I want to try and hit close to the hour mark but we’ll see how it goes!

I’ve been trying to find/watch more vtubers lately while I draw so QOTW is this: who is your favorite vtuber? For those who don’t watch or enjoy them feel free to tell me your favorite YouTuber/creator instead! :)

Definetly Trickywi and Apricot/Froot! Love these two🥰

I don't really watch vtubers. BUT. I do have a long ongoing joke with my friends that I really like shylily. It's even gotten to the point where I bought her youtooz.

Delta

Still trying to find a good chair for my gaming setup this week, why must it be so hard!! Lol now looking at the SecretLab ones. But now has your week been going?? Also, the redesign is adorable! Looking forward to the audios! As for the question, I know of a lot of vtubers but don't really watch many, just actively watch a couple smaller ones lol one I think is about to end, I think I'm really the only active viewer now, and started watching PixxiHound recently after being a part of a raid to her stream after watching Kat ASMR stream lol

Kai Zomei

Current top favorite Vtubers of mine include Nene Amano, Yuno Hanaki (from Production Kawaii), Lottie Shinju, Daiya Fortuna (from Pixel Link), and Yura Rikudou (indie group Requiem after their agency closed). Even if they don't suit your fancy, maybe their colleagues/friends might be.

SeaKat

SmugAlana is my current favorite overall, but there are a number of artist vtubers that are really good. Raora Panthera and Ina from Hololive have a good number of art streams you can watch and draw along with lol

Artilleriez

I love that smug! X3 Nah, seriously looking at her face makes me smile haha I'm in bed with a fever right now, so I needed this. And speaking of "needing", that mommy fox girl sounds... very tempting. I might just check that one out audio-wise. This is a really cute piece right here. I can't wait to see the finished version! And that is also the perfect sweater graphic to fit your persona. 😼+💀 Finally, in case you missed it (how dare you! 😭) I also wanted to say that the dog girl from a couple days ago was really adorable too! It's honestly good to still be part of the Ali cats, I can't stand having to go through normal everyday life (college and work) as though I'm healthy. But something as little as this artwork - and also knowing the supportive reply I'll (probably lol) get from you really cheers me up.

Man, even I'm tired thinking about the amount of work you've put in recently...or maybe I'm just always tired. Nevertheless, thank you for all your efforts! The character preview looks great. I know others have mentioned it, but the "smug but cute" combo is something I never get tired of. Also, maybe it's my old emo soul speaking, but I really like what you've done with the hair. Favorite vtuber? That's a big question. I'd have to say that my all-time top pick is probably Ceres Fauna. Mori Calliope was the one to get me into the scene though. I've watched primarily Hololive with some VShojo and indies mixed in. What about you?

Matthew LeGrave

I don't watch VTubers and the only Twitch Streamer I watch with any sort of consistency is DougDoug (who streams games in ways that allow for audience participation). I tend to listen to podcasts instead and my current favorites are Axe of the Blood God (an RPG focused podcast) and Minn Max (which covers gaming in general and is hosted by former GameInformer magzine writers).

Crimson command

Redesign is coming along real nice I like the A on the collar and the cat skull shirt 😆. My main way of watching vtubers are clips and while I do love the big idol corps like hololive I enjoy alot of the indie vtubers right now I've watching alot of Deme on yt

Really like the new character design! You've done a great job with the face and ears :)

As to vtubers, the only one I really watch is LillyVinnily on Twitch. Originally for ASMR, but I think she's stopped that, instead doing more gaming - it's a fun community too

>>147102315

I'm kinda upset LillyVinnily stopped ASMR due to the threats she was getting and such. Her transition from person asmr to vtuber asmr really didn't feel the same for a bit to me, but in the end I really did like it. I'm hoping she goes back to doing it again one day.

BloodyAzazel

The :3 is coming along very nicely. Also I wanna point out something that I've just thought about. Throughout all the asmr content posted via YouTube, how in the world has it been 1 entire month that we haven't seen a patreon requested character. I will understand if it's because of some problems in doing so but that's so surprising that it's been a month since there has been no Patreon requested characters made for asmr. For the QOTW, I don't really watch much Vtubers and such, other than looking at reels and such like that such as Mori Calliope, Project Melody, Saruei, Filian, etc. If there were any real vtubers I've watched before, the two I would note would be BethyVA and LillyVinnily. BethyVA is a Tomboy Frog girl that I watched when I saw her stream bombarded with free membership from a certain member of her community(literally, dude spent over $500 for free memberships, and even when he was in a car accident, he still spend his money on the streams). I remember during her fnaf steam that she couldnt really understand Freddy's mechanic, so I kinda gave a little help with that on stream. She does the usual asmr content that I enjoy listening to during the time, not to mention that the Frog Girl ASMR done by you reminded me of her. As pointed out by Verrick, I too also enjoyed the content made by LillyVinnily, mainly because her ASMR I just really loved, but I feel bad for her leaving the asmr community due to minor issues.

Me too, bit different at first but I ended up really liking the vtuber content. Glad to find another fan here 😄

I'm there with you Artilleries(or is it Arty for short?). The Dog girl was very much cute to witness from the perspective. Couldn't imagine work and college without being on here as an Ali-Wol... I mean Cat. Sorry, forgot I was needing to wear the cat ears again. :3

Smitchy enjoying his peenini

Looking forward to Friday and the longer YouTube video! I don't watch many vtubers, but my favorite is LillyVinnily.

>>147074892

Haha, Arty for short, yes. ^^ Also nice profile picture, it's been a while since I commented here so a few things changed. Ali definitely needs to up her security though, neither of us are cats and we've been here how long? It's too easy to sneak in. Lol 🐻🐺 Thanks for your comment, Azazel!

Mi-kotin

I'm looking forward to seeing your finished character. ^^ I really like the top with the cute cat girl skull. And Ali, do you mean a normal mascot or the Ali-cats? QOTW: I watch Vtubers when I draw/player something. And my favorite Vtuber is Moriko Kyoho “BatAtVideoGames“

Secular Succotash

I’m totally not extremely excited for the mommy character because I definitely don’t have a super obvious preference for that kind of character in the slightest yeah. Totally. In other news it looks like the new avatar is coming along great! Love the top, the little neko skull graphic is sick! Finally an easy favorite for me lol, when it comes to VTubers it’s Ceres Fauna, she’s kami-oshi for me haha

Secular Succotash
>>147081648

Holy shit you literally have the same experience as me lmao, Calli’s music got me into the VTuber scene but Fauna ended up being my fave

I hope you’re able to find a gaming chair that you enjoy! I know some of the good ones can get pretty pricey. I’m happy you enjoy the redesign sketch so far too, thanks! I’m not familiar with the two you mentioned so I’ll have to check them out sometime :)

alichuart
>>147069462

The only one I’m familiar with is Nene so I’ll have to check out the others. Thanks for sharing Kai! :)

>>147071516

I’ve always enjoyed Ina’s art streams and I’ve really loved Roara’s lately too! I’ll have to look into SmugAlana :)

>>147074892

Sorry to hear you’re not feeling well Arty. Here’s hoping that you feel better soon! And if you choose to listen to the upcoming audio I hope you enjoy it. In retrospect, since I’m currently in the editing phase it’s would be a pretty good audio to listen to while sick! I’m happy to hear you enjoyed the doggo piece too, thank you! :D I thought I got to everyone on Twitter/X about it. I went back and didn’t see anything but apologies if I happened to miss something ; o ; It’s great to have you as an Ali cat (bear) so it means a lot that my art can help in some way! 😊

alichuart
>>147081648

The hair is 100% emo inspired haha! No matter how much time goes by I will always be an emo at heart 🖤 Thanks a bunch for the comment, it really means a lot ^_^ You can never go wrong with Hololive, good picks for sure! If I had to pick an all time favorite it would probably be Korone Inugami since she was my introduction into vtubing 🐶 ❤️

alichuart
>>147086158

It’s been a while since I’ve listened to a podcast. I’ve had a couple of recommendations so I should check them out one day. I can never have too much to listen to while drawing! :P

alichuart
>>147098887

Thanks Crimson, I appreciate it! ^_^ I’ve also been looking into more indie vtubers so I’ll have to check out Deme sometime. Thanks for commenting!

alichuart
>>147102315

Thanks Verrick, I appreciate it! I see a couple of other people mentioned LillyVinnily too. I’ve never heard of them until now so I’ll have to check them out one day ^_^

Delta
>>147067741

Yea, lol I think I'm either going to buy something cheap for now, or just deal with what I have since I've only found one chair that checks off all the boxes ... and it costs as much as my desktop... lol And hmm... re-design... interest in vtubers... are you looking to become a vtuber? :p also, good morning! It is so nice outside right now! So Pixxihound is more of a regular vtuber, games and what not with some ASMR, Kat_Kings is more ASMR only lol used to only watch her youtube, but they deleted her channel because they hate ASMR, so... just an FYI on that

alichuart
>>147108527

Glad you enjoy the :3 so far, thank you! As for Patreon characters, I’ve gotten through most of them already. I really wanted to test the waters this month and see how the longer audios went and how people enjoyed them. A couple other people have mentioned Lily but I’ve never seen them myself. I don’t believe I’ve heard of Bethy either but I always enjoy hearing about what you all like! :)

alichuart
>>147213339

Thanks Mi-kotin! I’m taking my time with the reference sheet so I hope you all enjoy her when it’s done ^_^ And the mascot is her little pet but it’s meant to be you ali cats ❤️

alichuart
>>147243592

Of course not, I know the mommy characters are definitely the ones you skip over haha! XD Happy to hear you enjoy how my little character is coming along, thanks! :D With all the talk of me being an undead and the ali cats I thought it was fitting to have a kitty skull lol. Speaking of Fauna, I still really like that drawing I did of her a while back. It was my most liked drawing on twitter until recently so that was pretty cool!

Secular Succotash
>>147243592

Pfft yeah, who would ever be into that mommy stuff? I would never! Never! Yeah your Fauna drawing was super cute, I remember watching that goth outfit reveal with the short hair and glasses and was like, “Lmao it’s like Fauna’s copping Ali’s fit” then lo and behold you announce that drawing haha

Vtuber wise Ryenn Lovely, Korone and Fuwamoco are the only ones I really watch.
