Hello Ali cats, I hope you’re all having a good weekend so far :) Above are the sketch wips of this upcoming week’s characters- a Sylveon for YouTube and our big dragon mommy for Patreon! :P I’ll also be moving into my apartment this week so I’m sure at least a day or two will be dedicated to moving things in and setting them up. Trust that I’ll probably be ordering a pizza to eat on those days lol xD

My song recommendation this week is by a band I’ve recommended before. I can’t not do it again though because their newest song is AMAZING ✨ As usual feel free to recommend your own songs. I’ll be sure to give them a listen as I’m drawing today :)

Song: “BEHELIT” by SLAUGHTER TO PREVAIL

Is it weird that little ceasars is my favorite pizza? Been listening to the aot openings this week Guren no yumiya and my war go so hard!

Delta

My weekend started on Wednesday and has been good :P getting some much needed sleep, getting some errands done, and just relaxing, I hope yours has been great and I hope you're not pushing yourself with your move coming up ^_^ Can't wait to see the completed art btw! I knew I saw you say you'd be doing a sylveon girl at some point! Wonder if he personality still fit what she is :P And good luck with the move again! But here's the most important question if you get a pizza... pineapple... yay.. or nay... lol As for the music, since I've been off, I've been listening to music different from what I usually listen to and I've taken a liking to Psycho by Hakos Baelz

I mean, I like the good, high quality NY style pizza joints near me, but I will never turn down little Caesars haha

I’ve had plenty of objectively higher quality NY style and chicago deep dish pizza and they are amazing but idk little ceasars just always hits the spot like nothing else can for me.

Hello Alichu, I hope your weekend is going well. My weekend already ended but it was good 😊 I recommend the song Bad Guy by The Kevin Bennet, it's a Walugi song, have fun drawing!

I think little ceasers is definitely better depending if you don't have any NY style type of pizza places nearby. I think it's mainly because of how bigger the pizzas are anywhere else than little ceasers so I kinda agree with Delta here.

https://youtu.be/RvGbkcZ63v4?si=FkvPcI6dwktG_FyB I'm not gonna lie, I was watching this video this week and was gonna recommend it in case you didn't know what other Eeveelution you wanted to do and then tell you to do the pokemon that wasn't on this video, but you've already made a Sylveon so I'm happy either way. Also let's just get this out of the way: Ahhh... it's that time of the month again... the 3N day(don't deny it, you know what it means)(sorry). The song you recommended was indeed very good. I still feel a bit confused in some of it but it's alright. For my song recommendation, I'm going with one that my cousin gave me a recommended of. Blood // Water by Grandson. I love tthe feel of this song. I also remember watching this small video of it where the water was intoxicated and nobody was allowed to use water and near the end of the video, both a father and a kid dies after using water.

This looks so lovely ,wish I was this good at drawing. My song of the Week comes from Ziggy Marley with "Give a little Love". The Song makes me think about the People treating each other in this more and more difficult Times and how important it is to never give up on Love and Hope! 😌🫶🏻

I've only ever used two of the eeveelutions in any of my teams, Sylveon being one of them. I like to give nicknames to pokemon if I get attached to them during a playthrough lol So she has one, really gotta send her from the 3DS to the Switch before they shut that service down. Yo, I was not expecting to see some Berserk when I looked up the song! That was fucking awesome. The Kentaro Miura tribute at the end was a beautiful touch too.

Obviously, it's no secret that I like your finished art, but these WIPs are extra nice for some reason. Despite being just linework, they already feel cohesive. Did you do something different this time? Behelit was cool! It's very over the top (in a good way) and theatrical. I wish I understood more of the Berserk references though. It felt too daunting to read all the manga when I first heard about it and I had a bunch of people tell me to skip the anime all together because it would totally "ruin it" for me. Felt kinda inaccessible when I was younger but I should probably give it another go. My song recommendation is also something a little theatrical, but in a different way: Hell and You by Amigo the Devil. I actually meant to recommend it before Halloween because of its slight horror element, but I forgot. Just pretend I'm not late :P Good luck with the move! I know it can never be a smooth process, but I hope it goes as well as it can.

I'm in the same boat as Delta too. There's definitely other pizza I'd prefer, but you'd better take me out back and shoot me the day I'm too bourgeois for Little Caesars. Who wants to live in a world without Crazy Bread?

Crimson command

Have fun moving into your new place hope the moving process isn't too difficult by that I mean getting all your stuff in XD. I swear I've heard Behelit before it must been in some AMV or I think I actually had it on my recommendations but it's probably buried in my playlist 😭lol my song recommendation this is caffeine by Jeff Williams he is such a goooood artist he does all the music for RWBY but Casey Lee REALLY brings the music to life! Now the real question here is what kinda pizza (it better be Hawaiian XD) and from what pizza place, domino's, little Ceasars, or pizza hut actually ill throw papa John's in there too.

Secular Succotash

Big. Dragon. Mommy. Ah yes the holy trinity, praise be to thee Ali. And hell yeah SLAUGHTER TO PREVAIL! A friend turned me on to them a while back, I dig their stuff and this song is NO exception! Moving in is tedious af though, hope you can get through it quick and enjoy your fine dining lol

Smitchy enjoying his peenini

I hope the move goes well! Excited for the upcoming things. My song recommendation is "Fall Into" by Ally Nicholas.

Artilleriez

That second WIP looks incredibly cute. I see horns and pointy ears, and her eye shape & mouth are perfect on her face. The fact you kept her eyes white for the time being really does something for her. Can't wait to see her final version! Glad to hear you're moving into your apartment! Enjoy the pizza, lol. Hope your day/night is going awesome!

Little Caesars isn’t a bad favorite at all- I like it too! :D Not only is it good but it’s not as expensive as some other places. Also, AoT songs are always fire 🔥

I’m glad to hear you’re catching up on some sleep! That’s definitely important so hopefully it helped you later in the week to be well refreshed :) As for my move, it’s been hectic but I’m getting it done! Pizza with pineapple, the age old question haha! I don’t dislike it, nor do I think people are weird for liking it. However, I don’t go out of my way to put it on there myself xD I’ve heard that Hakos Baelz song too and it’s very good! ✨

Hey there Emerald, thanks again for joining my Patreon! I hope you enjoy the characters and your time here 😊 Thanks also on your song rec! I enjoyed listening to it while I was drawing the other day. It’s always nice to hear something new so I appreciate your comment ❤️

Haha, thanks for the video Azazel! I plan on doing all the eeveelutions at some point but Sylveon won the last poll on YouTube so she shall be next! 🎀 ✨ Ok seriously, what does 3N day mean?? Am I being too much of a millennial boomer here and don’t understand? Or perhaps all this moving has made my brain foggy lol. Either way, someone explain :’) I’m glad you enjoyed the song this week too! It’s in homage to the Berserk manga so it may come off a little confusing if you haven’t read or watched it. Your song rec was good too, thanks for recommending it! :D When I saw the name it seemed very familiar and sure enough I think I remember it around the time it came out ^_^

Thank you Strobi, I really appreciate the sweet comment on the art! 😊 I love Bob Marley so for you to recommend Ziggy is awesome- thank you! ❤️

I always have at least one eeveelution on my team, who it is depends on the balance of the others, but I have and always will use an eeveelution! Do you have a name for the Sylveon you mentioned? :) I’m glad you enjoyed the song this week! :D I heard it on Sirius radio when it first came out and was like damn, this is amazing! The end of the video was the cherry on top too ✨

>>154177426

I appreciate that Noct, thank you so much! It always puts a smile on my face when people say they enjoy my art 😊 The only thing I can think of that I may have done differently was a slightly different size in my brush tool. I sometimes adjust it depending on what I’m drawing! I really wish I watched the older Berserk anime back in the day. I’ve heard that one was better than the new one they did but I’m not sure. I can only speak for the manga, but I completely understand it being a bit daunting with how many volumes there are! But if you ever get the chance I highly recommend ✨ I enjoyed your song rec this week! It was a lot more chill than I was expecting after reading the name but I like that. Definitely added to the vibe. And yes, I will pretend I listened around Halloween- shh, no one has to know lol :P

I named her Sylphrena, after the character of the same name in The Stormlight Archive. Great books. I'm going to try to turn her into a Ribbon Master before sending her all the way up to SV.

I'm facepalming so hard rn. I meant the NNN Month, not day. God damn I'm such a dumbass. While I'm also in the midst of typing this, I remember that election day existed but honestly, even if I have the offer to vote, I don't wanna shove myself into politics. I'm aware people have their opinions on Democratic or Republican, but much like how Newton's 3rd law of motion states: "Every reaction has an equal and opposite reaction."

BloodyAzazel
>>154121798

I'll say this right now, it's how the pineapple is added on the pizza. If you just have a standard pizza and just put pineapple slices on them, then you're doing it wrong. When they're making the pizza, you have to have it as a topping AND have it cooked with the pizza. Putting it on a pizza that's already made isn't the right way to do it. And before you ask, no I've never tried pineapple pizza.

Delta

And immediately messed up my sleep pattern with work haha and he'll yea!! How's the new place??? It's a whole sweet and savory thing for me, but hey this.. my grocery store also makes pizzas, so I'm sitting at the actual alcohol bar in my grocery store, listening to live music, at the bar in my grocery store... waiting for a fresh Hawaiian pizza... get home, start having some ... there's no sauce.... THEY USED APRICOT JAM INSTEAD OF PIZZA SAUCE!!!! Lol And heck yea! I like her vocals on it!

Delta
>>154121798

I... can't say I've ever had a pizza where pineapple was added as an afterthought and not cooked with the pizza... lol

Thanks Crimson, I really appreciate it! So far my new apartment is awesome! I can’t wait to do a recording here and see how it goes. The BEHELIT song came out just recently and the video is kinda like an AMV! Maybe you saw it when it was released :D I’ve never fully watched RWBY but the music is very good! Thanks for your recommendation this week ^_^ As for pizza, all the options you listed are good for me except Papa John’s; I’ve never been a fan of their pizza ; o ;

Thanks Secular, I really appreciate it! So far the moving has been going good. I think I got most of the annoying stuff out of the way for now. All that’s left is to build my bookshelves and get a bit more cheap furniture so I have places to sit haha! XD

Thank you Smitchy, I appreciate it! Things are going great so far and I can’t wait to do my first recording here ^_^ I’ve never heard of Ally Nicholas until now but man, her voice is amazing! ✨

Thanks Arty, I’m happy to hear you enjoy the art! I definitely enjoyed the pizza too, with some wine haha! I don’t usually drink wine but it was a special occasion for getting a new place :P I hope you’re doing well btw!
