Merry Christmas my dear Ali cats! I hope you enjoy the art in the attachments. Itā€™s Ali giving you some relaxing kitty headpats for the holidays :3

I know not everyone may go somewhere or do something for Christmas but thatā€™s OK! Iā€™ll be spending mine alone playing some games and enjoying a steak. Like I mentioned on Twitter/X Iā€™m trying to get better at cooking :P I wanted to post a ramble that felt like we were hanging out and enjoying a drink together for Christmas!

So get yourself a snack and your drink of choice while I talk about random things and my thoughts on the year! šŸ» āœØ

Merry Christmas ali and have a great time with your loved ones

Kai Zomei

What a cute gift. Thanks Ali, and Merry Christmas. Gonna try and listen to the audio when I get home from work.

Eeveeolite

Merry Christmas! Hope you're not getting sick, and that your family recovers soon! Thanks for an amazing year, and look forward to the next!

Shadowkitty

Merry Christmas, Ali~ I'll appreciate the company while I'm on duty tonight. Everyone be good, be safe, and enjoy the holiday. :3

BloodyAzazel

We wish you an Ali-Christmas, we wish you an Ali-Chrismas, we wish you an Ali-Christmas, and a Nya-py new year. (Yes I thought of this.)

NonamewouldFit

What a gift to receive on my birthday (yes, my birthday is today) so thank you ali for the comfy audio.

Delta

Ali! What are you doing?? It's not even 11am and you're drinking??? Lol and MERRY CHRISTMAS AGAIN!! :D Honestly, could definitely tell the whole situation with moving and looking for a job was getting you down, even more so after you finally got your own place since you just seemed much happier overall! And i do hope that all you have is allergies right now, if not, I hope you feel better!!! And lol, the stories, first one, Ali is a smol bean, second, Ali is a drama gremlin :P also ....DID YOU MOVE IN ABOVE MY OLD NEIGHBORS?!? lol they got...intense with the arguments... lol former prisoner bf cheated on her and she went full banshee mode while she's cheating on him with 5 different dudes... lol And as for that music guy.. i mean, one thing to use it to make money and that's all you care about, but if your whole thing is talking about your opinions, yet you have no idea what you're talking about... come on now... Also... the glasses...i HATE that! getting a little bump on your nose right where the nose pads touch...oww... I'll just wear my contacts at that point... lol And I know how you feel about the LASIK, not only is it like 4k per eye, but the fact that you have to be awake for the whole procedure... AND I have been told that you can SMELL it... yea.. Ima stick with glasses and contacts.. And i feel partially called out about the streaming stuff :P btw, you don't need a particularly powerful computer to do that, mine is an upper mid range and is overkill for a vtuber setup. Could get away with a lower tier CPU, and a standard 4070, I know a couple variety streamer vtubers with far less powerful computers that have zero issues. And finally... the conventions... i know we talked about that before, it would be awesome! And since there's a few decently sized anime conventions with artist alleys in our state, I don't you'd have any issues getting in! Also, I would totally buy up a lot of stuff from your table... >.> <.< Also, that art is oh so adorable!!! And again, NERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEARS!!

JanJan

Merry Christmas Ali and my fellow Ali cats, hope you all have a great time <3 also thanks for the art present Ali, it looks so cute ^^

Gəttway

Merry Christmas to you to !! This little rambling was very enjoyable, thank you lots ! c: I wanted to talk about the guy who doing the music stuff for money a lil bit. For a start, doing content about an 'artistic" topic online, if not by passion, seems already weird to me. There's far more things to do only for money than giving whatever opinion you have on something lmao. And to say that music has "no future" or something like that is absolutely horrible to me, especially when I can't think of going through a day without it. Every artistic line has a purpose, for the creators and consumer that enjoys it, to even think about saying a thing like is... ugh (and the fact he used the example of SOAD, one of my personal fav band, was pretty funny :sob:). Anyway, I hope u'll have nice holidays too, until next time ~!

Releothunder

Merry Christmas have fun gaming and good luck cooking the steak.the Christmas art is super cute. hopefully your not getting sick I feel a lot better now then I did yesterday being sick myself I donā€™t get sick often but itā€™s always completely out of left field was perfectly fine 2 days ago then I just wake up half dead yesterday. I wasnā€™t here for the whole situation but atleast everything worked out in the end i definitely can see how all of this would be stressful but you made it through cause your strong my current situation isnā€™t ideal but Iā€™m surviving and Iā€™m happy to be here Iā€™m making more progress recently and Iā€™d like to increase my support eventually. As for your Walmart story Iā€™m a relatively tall person but most of my family is pretty short like my sister so I grab stuff for them all the time but Iā€™ve never asked how they feel about it and Iā€™ve helped other short people get stuff from high up some times Iā€™ve been asked for help and other times Iā€™ve offered but seeing as you were in that situation how would you want some one offer to help because I genuinely I just like to help if I see someone who needs it but I also donā€™t wanna come off as a jackass making fun of some one shorter then me some of my favorite people in the world are short. Neighbor drama I have yet to experience to this extent I try not to bud to much into other peoples lives but sometimes you just gotta know it canā€™t be helped. I love music idk how some one could genuinely not like any music that is definitely strange I definitely get what you mean about the weird vibe and a another indicator ive noticed is if they donā€™t like animals is another thing that just gives me a weird feeling about people like how could you see a kitten or a puppy and just not feel the urge to pet or hold it. Iā€™m not what I would call passionate about what I do currently and while I am pretty antisocial I am in a position that get to help people and I enjoy doing that but Iā€™d definitely like to get a job doing something i genuinely enjoy Iā€™ve thought about maybe working for a bakery any time I find myself baking or cooking I always enjoy it I think itā€™s a profession I could enjoy. My entire family has glasses I refuse to where mine personally but my eyesight means I can get away with it but my mom and sisters are constantly cleaning there glasses and for the short time I wore my glasses when I first got them I couldnā€™t deal with it so I just decided my eyesight is fine enough not dealing with them and donā€™t put yourself down Iā€™m sure your plenty cute with or without glasses your also one of the coolest and most talented people Iā€™ve ever had thee pleasure to meet on the internet and it makes me a little sad when awesome people sell themselves short and you are a truly awesome person donā€™t ever forget that: It would be so cool if you got a booth set up at a convention I just wanna go to an anime convention at some point but if you happened to have a booth set up Iā€™d totally have to come by and buy some prints Iā€™ve fully embraced being a weeb at this point wearing my anime shirts out in public speaking of anime in public I saw a car with a sick gojo and sukuna wrap gojo firing a hallow purple and sukuna on his shrine and ended up complimenting the driver. If you start streaming you can count on me to show up if you end up vtubing you would be thee only one I watch not because I have a problem with them I just donā€™t have any clue who Iā€™d watch but I do like to tune in to the funny clips on yt. Thanks for the relaxing morning I hope you enjoy Christmas despite not being able to spend it with family. Also holy wall of text sorry about that I like to start writing a comment at the beginning of rambles and just write as i listen makes it feel like a conversation. Thanks for reading all of this.

Moy

Merry Christmas, Ali! You have had a hell of a year. I'm glad you're doing better because you absolutely SHOULD be proud of yourself!Moving across the country, getting a new job, and finding a new place to live in such a short amount of time is incredible. Thinking about that, your work ethic is honestly pretty inspiring lol When you said you were thankful for us, I got a nice little chuckle because for a lot of us, I'm sure the feeling is mutual. So now, it's my turn for the sappy bullshit to say how thankful I am :P I found your channel around May, didn't decide to join the Patreon until July. In these short 6 months, your channel has been a huge destressor. This month I have been to the doctor twice, fortunately everything seems minor but I'm in some pain and should be having a small surgery next month(my friends and family don't know šŸ¤«). Needless to say, the anxiety levels are pretty high lol but your videos have been very calming and provided some needed escapism. So thank you! The Walmart story is kinda cute lol I'm average height, but sometimes the things all the way at the very top feel like they weren't designed for people to reach! I've jumped to get things before, hopefully no one has seen me. Oh man. I love overhearing drama and gossip :P If I start overhearing something, I start to put my ear to the walls or door to try and listen. Doesn't matter if i'm at home or at work, I will eavesdrop! But I may or may not have been caught before lol The music channel thing is very disheartening. I'm sure the fans of his channel must be pissed. Can't even imagine what someone who has backed him from day 1 would feel. What's cool though is that you kinda knew something was off. Always trust your instincts, Ali. I always trust mine. It may sound dumb, but I usually know if I will be able to get along with someone within a few minutes. It has honestly always worked out. The only time I didn't trust my instincts with someone, I got burned pretty bad. I wear glasses too, I'm very near sighted. So I get it, foggy glasses are so annoying. And it's an absolute bitch in the winter, anytime you go in or out of somewhere they immediately fog up, and forget about covering your face with a scarf, they will get foggy! But as annoying as it is, i'm too much of a chicken shit to get Lasik lol and when I first started wearing glasses as a kid, they told me my eyes were too dry for contacts, so it will always be glasses for me. I have a few pairs I like to alternate between depending on what I'm wearing, I even keep prescription sunglasses in my car, might as well make the most of it right? As for your nose bump problem, I was getting new glasses last month and the charming and very bored lady that helped me for a while mentioned that nose pain or marks often indicate an improper fit. So maybe it's that? Hey I just bought tickets to my city's comic con like convention! It's three days, but I'm only going on Saturday. I wanted to go on Friday because Sean Astin(Samwise Gamgee) was going to be there and I would have loved to get him to autograph a potato lol But unfortunately the friends I'm going with voted for Saturday instead of Friday :( It's a pretty big convention, I love it. The artist alley is insane. I always go with a backpack to buy stuff. After the event my friends and I usually walk to Chinatown and get piss drunk have my favorite food for a social setting, Korean BBQ lol I know you'll make it conventions and have your own booth one day. Afterall, I've been leaving a like and comment on all your recent videos so it's only a matter of time before you blow up šŸ˜Š If/when you do (and if it's in the area lol), I would definitely stop by to awkwardly say hi and absolutely checkout the prints you have for sale. I've never been too into streaming and definitely not too much into vtubers, but over the last year I found a couple that I like. It would be cool if you streamed, but I think a workaround for now might be to record something you're playing and then do some ASMR narration of it? Idk, I'm just spitballing ideas. I don't really beat around the bush when friends ask me about building PCs and pricing. Others are probably going to disagree with me, but I think a good streaming PC that can be easily upgraded in the future (PCIe 5.0 and a CPU socket that will be supported for years to come) will run you around $1200. It can be done for cheaper, but upgrading it will become harder as it ages. Well Ali, thank you once again. Good luck cooking your steak, I hope it comes out exactly to your liking. Have fun playing video games too! I hope you have a wonderful Christmas. Edit: Holy shit this was a long one. Sorry!

Having listened to the audio: Only moved a few times, and it can be stressful, even when things are being planned out, and soon I will be going through it again at the start of the year. Job hunting is always a pain, and it just destroys you mentally the longer it goes for. Being able to get one in six months from moving to a completely new place with no job ready there is certainly something to be proud of. The story you had about the music critic reminds me of personalities from anime and videogame critics that I heard about that resulted in similar reactions of being quite pompous with their opinions, and so difficult to listen to in the long run. Just about every female content creator I know brings up shows like 90-day fiance, and I find it amusing how regardless of what kind of girl they are they can wind up liking such stuff. XD What you said about the artist who drew the Vtuber fanart was quite touching. If you spend enough time in something and continue to give good vibes and such out in the world it will eventually come back to you. As someone who has drawn Vtuber fanart, it feels nice when the Vtuber shows appreciation for it, even if just a like. For your future plans in content creation, streaming does sound like a neat idea and wanting to do much of the set up stuff on your own end is commendable. Also, understandable about what you want to make and not make regarding your audios; while I know nsfw asmr audios exist, I find myself preferring more wholesome ones.

ProzXADYN

Merry Christmas to you too Ali. Love the artwork, Ali Cat sure looks very snug and cozy in your lap. This year has been one hell of a ride, if I'm to be totally honest. On the topic of jobs, I'll admit I'm in the pit of endless applications too, since I'm close to graduating and my current job was only meant to be interim whilst I got my degree. I don't know how many applications I've put in myself, but it's definitely a nightmare, so thanks for sharing your experience. No moving out for me yet though, I'm definitely not earning enough for that. As for being too short to reach the shelves, hate to say it, but I am the guy everyone comes to to grab stuff for everything. I'm also a lover of gossip, but only earwigging, I don't spread much gossip myself, I'm really bad when it comes to that, but you really can't help when they're loud enough to hear over everything else, right? Right??? As for this youtube fella, never heard of it, but now I must know more! Suppose a deep dive is now on my to do list lol, thanks for the recommendation! Oh and glasses, don't get me started on those. On top of what you already mentioned (I know the exact feeling of putting your glases on some pain on your nose) you'd think they'd provide a little protection from debris and the sort, but I've had everything from wood, to chilli go past my glasses and into my eyes. Anywho thanks again for all the content this year Ali, may not interact much nowadays, it's quite typical of me so I apologise for that. It's all been top tier stuff though. Also sorry for wordvomit no idea how to format on mobile still lol šŸ‘

Thanks again for the ramble, now that I've had the chance to hang out~ ā™” Glasses are really versatile, huh? :p On the subject of prints- not exactly the same- but I've thought about whether or not your characters might ever be available as stickers a lot. Due to the nature of my work, I love the sort of dichotomy I am able to bring by repping tons of patches and stickers that kind of subvert people's expectations. I *love* plastering vehicles and equipment with nerdy/otaku/fandom related things. So when you get a booth up and going you'll always have a customer in this kitten. :3 Merry Christmas!

BerryCole

Merry Christmas Ali!! I absolutely love the Christmas art you did; we love some ali cat head pats! Honestly, I think you have a lot to be proud of! Moving across the country is no easy feat but you got through it AND found a job there which is amazing! I ended up moving from Cali to another state across the country as well, but I was like 11 then lol so I donā€™t entirely know the stress that could be with it, but I will say Iā€™m proud of you for pushing through even tho it may have been hard, and that motivation and hard work is honestly very impressive XD Iā€™m so happy to be a part of your community Ali youā€™ve made such an amazing space, and I cannot begin to tell you how much your audios and posts alone have helped me with stress and stuff (like this stressful and draining month, you really did make it a whole lot easier to overcome). Iā€™ve been one to be shy and have anxiety about joining and talking in community hell even commenting on twitter stuff šŸ¤£ but Iā€™ve been trying to overcome that and Iā€™m glad Iā€™ve made progress cause I wouldnā€™t have been able to meet you or all these amazing ali cats here! I may not have been here too long (maybe 4-5 months) but honestly im just as thankful for you as you are for us and Iā€™m sure all of us feel that way! :) Onto the stories tho the Walmart one def is funny and cute lol sorry. Iā€™m more average height so I can get it when you get to them really tall ass shelves and I gotta do the tipytoe thing and being able to barely pull it down with my fingertips is embarrassing enough let alone when I gotta do a little jump for it LOL. I like drama too much too like I feed off some good work drama I be over hearing lol. But for apartments the most Iā€™ve ever overheard was a couple arguing about who knows what and I guess the guy said something insulting? But he shouted SO LOUD ā€œTAKE IT AS A COMPLEMENT THENā€ like 3 or 4 times and then I heard like the balcony door slam, and I just wish I knew what she had to take as a complementšŸ¤£ For the music channel tho thatā€™s sad to hear about, Music is such a big part of my life, and I can't really imagine not listening to it every day lol. to make a channel about that art form and have no passion or love for it seems really really weird, let alone acting like a know it all about the subject you don't care about. All for some money just seems really low. I feel like they could have achieved a similar "success" with doing a topic they were interested in and passionate about. You can always tell if someone truly loves something or is really passionate about something with the way they speak about the topic. They'll give you unique and interesting takes from their point of view on the topic or just explain how to things work and or how they achieved a certain thing with it. You would be able to feel that passion and really draw you in and want to hear more about it. It's always a joy hearing someone speak on a topic they truly care about :). Iā€™m trying not to make this too long so Iā€™ll try to be quick with the rest of my replyā€™s LOL but oh my GOSH I fucking relate to the glasses so bad, one reason summer annoys me is Iā€™m in my damn car with the AC on and I get out of the car and as SOON as I do the Hot air hits and my glasses fog and I canā€™t see shit, let alone if I try to cook food and I open the oven X.X For me Iā€™m def not doing Lasic the whole idea of the eye prying and stuff just eughhh I canā€™t I canā€™t I canā€™t lol. Contacts are hard enough for me to try to wear let alone letting them do THAT to them! Iā€™m good with my glasses LOL Itā€™s been a minute since Iā€™ve been to a convention but last time I went the art ally was HUGE and I bought a bit of stuff, I only wish I brought a backpack cause I was sadly only able to get a few since I could only carry so much lol but Iā€™m positive youā€™ll be able to get a booth and share your art with people! Like you said with hard work and passion you can achieve so much! Hope I can get some art from your booth in the future! Also, quick one since itā€™s long already (sorry lol) but I feel the same I wanna try streaming (again) at some point but Iā€™d def go with like an OC or something, so I donā€™t have to show my face, I felt too awkward and was hard to be myself with my face just plastered there šŸ¤£ But once again Merry Christmas Ali and I hope you start to feel better!!!

dead to me

Ey yo Merry Christmas, my dudes~ This was really chill and I'm all for it, do nothing holiday sounds perf this time. I'm right there with ya on the stressful year, kinda ended with the same fate in a way... Last month had to impromptu move outta my little city back to the white trash boonies, didn't have Internet til a few days ago. Real drag. Been disconnected and double-shifting to fill time and now I got sooo much stuff to catch up on. Dis the first. Glad for all the content, ain't shit to do out here anyways but take too many shots. Downin one for you too, so cheers šŸ„‚ gratz on killin another year! It's been fun hanging out and watching you grow and change and all at noise. Mad proud, you tanked some really tough crap. You ain't give up and dats badass. Dude I ain't ever met a music reviewer that took at all seriously, they all seem like grifters to me. Wouldn't mind checkin out that interview just for laughs, a dip into bad taste hah makes me think of how MTV used to be cool, than ripped it's guts out for money. A shame. And like I had a feeling you were gonna end up with some loud neighbors, they're hard to avoid, but they're at least more interesting and juicy than those dumb fuckin trucks driving by all the time. I goin ta bed. Stayed up to see Santa and he ain't show up. Peace out lil sis, much love and luck from the Whiskey Tangos šŸŽ…šŸ””šŸŽ„šŸ„ƒ Oh and cute chiib too. Was wonderin when we'd see that lil cat dude again I like it's vibe. Coraline design. Button eyes. Or close enough w/e

Merry Christmas to you too Kai! I hope youā€™re having a great one and may the new year bring lots of good things your way, you definitely deserve it ^_^ I like to believe that good things happen to good people ā¤ļø I really love watching critiques on things, especially when it comes to topics I enjoy like music and anime! It gets too much for me though when they come off like their opinion is ā€œthe right oneā€ lol. I like to have open conversations where everyone can respect one another despite thinking differently. Ngl, your comment about 90 Day FiancĆ© gave me a good laugh! XD I like to believe some things are just universally female in that regard. The Titanic and Mean Girls movies being another one lol :P

Thank you so much Eeveeolite! I did unfortunately end up getting a cold but itā€™s alright- I still plan to enjoy my Christmas today! āœØ I hope youā€™re having a good day too and have a happy new years as well ^_^

"I'm someone that has watched all the episodes of 90 Day Fiance." I immediately switched from the glass to drinking straight out of the bottle. Jk, of course, but that's some intense dedication. I had a friend who was super into it and she kept trying to get me to watch along and I just couldn't do it, haha. I think I'd be more drawn to the drama if it was happening just outside my apartment though, so I understand. I can't imagine what goes on behind closed doors if that's the stuff that happens out in the open. I hadn't heard of the music channel that you mentioned, but I was still outraged, nonetheless. Churning out a bunch of soulless content just for clicks and money is disappointing, but being a total poser the entire time you're doing it? That's SO insulting to the audience as well as the bands. That's kind of one of my least favorite parts of the internet. Sometimes I wonder if it was a mistake to make everyone's opinions so hard to ignore. That frustration that you mentioned when progress is moving too slowly is something I really struggle with too. I hate knowing that it's caused me to avoid finishing (or even starting) so many things I wanted to do. As for your achievements this year, I really am impressed. Not to sound cheesy, but it's downright inspiring seeing you overcoming so many challenges while still managing to be true to yourself. It makes me hopeful that things can actually get better...because sometimes that seems like such a foreign concept. Thanks for the cute present, by the way :) I hope your day of gaming was enjoyable!

Hey it was Christmas, drinking at any time is allowed! šŸ˜‚ Unfortunately I did get sick. It doesnā€™t seem to be too bad though, just a sore throat and cough as of now. Iā€™m really hoping I can record without any issues this week. If anything I can make a sick character :P Iā€™ve also heard that you can smell lasikā€¦eww lol šŸ’€ Iā€™ve tried contacts before and wouldnā€™t you know the one time I did the brand got recalled :D I had to go to the doctor to get my eyes checked out since they were irritated as hell. So nah, just sticking to my good olā€™ glasses. Please donā€™t feel called out! lol. Iā€™ve been getting the streamer question quite a bit on YouTube too so I figured I would answer it :D It does seem like it would be a lot of fun to try out sometime though! I hope you had a good Christmas too Delta! I know you mentioned making a stew so hopefully it turned out well ^_^

Iā€™m glad you enjoyed the ramble Gettway and hope you had a good Christmas too! ^_^ As for the music commentator, yeah it was really weird! Iā€™ve heard of people coming out about things before but never in such a strange way like that. Like you mentioned, thereā€™s plenty of other things to make money off of if thatā€™s your goal. Why build an entire audience thatā€™s passionate about music like that to do it? Very bizarre. I think the only thing he really succeeded in was making people not like him šŸ˜

Donā€™t apologize for the long comment Releo, it makes me happy that you all like chatting! I very much enjoy talking and replying to you all, especially in the mornings as I drink coffee :D As for the help of being short, Iā€™m always thankful for it haha! It definitely makes getting things easier. The only thing I find embarrassing about it is the few times someoneā€™s done ā€œbaby talkā€ with it. Kind of like Iā€™m a kid that needs help and Iā€™m just like šŸ’€ lol. I know they donā€™t many anything by it though, I very much appreciate all the tall people for reaching things for me :P I think itā€™s always worth a shot to try something you like or have an interest in. I saw the picture of the pie you made on twitter and it looked really good! Maybe you could bake for fun and sell some sometime. I think thatā€™s how a lot of passion jobs start; you do it slowly and then it can end up becoming something you make money from- if you want it to of course! So long as youā€™re enjoying yourself though I think thatā€™s the biggest thing. Money is nice but I donā€™t ever think it should interfere with what someone is passionate about :) I really do appreciate your comment Releo and thank you so much for your kind words! I hope you had a good Christmas and feel better soon ā¤ļø

True.. true.. :P and ooh! That's an idea! Reverse comfort for a sick friend :P Yeeaaa... me no likey lol a for the contacts, I really prefer glasses now overall, aside from what you brought up lol Also when they fog up just from going outside or inside with temp or humidity changes! Aaaaand I have perfect, long, luscious lashes that sometimes brush against the lenses...lol ...also... it hurts like an mfer when something gets caught under a contact... And streaming does look fun! I've honestly been thinking of doing it myself since I'm friends with a few vtubers and regular game streamers :P It was Christmas.. lol I mentioned what Gizmo did on DM, so adorable and he does it every year, I hope you had a good one! :D and the stew..? Oh my god... it was so good... and there's so much left... lol one bowl put me into a food coma

Donā€™t apologize for the long comment Moy, I always love reading what you all have to say and talking with everyone! ^_^ I really do appreciate your kind words. It means a lot that I can help you destress and relax. Iā€™ve always loved helping people but to do it with my art and stories is a different feeling so thank you ā¤ļø I hope your surgery goes well next month! Whatever it may entail I hope it goes smoothly and youā€™re able to recover quickly. My last surgery was my wisdom teeth and boy was that rough! If youā€™re by yourself please be safe. Donā€™t be like me and accidentally take too much medicine and end up getting sick everywhere! šŸ˜ When it comes to people, I can usually tell pretty quickly if Iā€™ll get along with them too. Itā€™s almost like they have an aura or vibe I can pick up on. Sometimes Iā€™ve been proven wrong though! I know some people take a bit longer to open up or show their true selves and thatā€™s ok. I try to be patient with certain personalities before making a final call on if I want to converse with them anymore. But I do agree that itā€™s always good to trust your instincts! As for the glasses bump, I have a bad history with oily skin and acne. I took a very strong medication when I was a teen that cleared it up so I rarely get anything too bad anymore but boy when I do itā€™s always in the most inconvenient spot šŸ’€ Omg, Sam was going to be there??!! Sam is literally my version of an angel on earth. And getting him to sign a potato would have been so perfect!! šŸ˜† I hope you have fun at the convention and eat some good food too! Be sure to take pics for memories as thatā€™s what the convention is all about :D I also like your gaming idea where I play something and possibly record over it, or maybe even play in the moment but talk in a more ASMR tone. I did that a while back in an old video and had fun with it! Maybe Iā€™ll try it again sometime ^_^

Donā€™t apologize Pro! I always love reading everyoneā€™s comments and itā€™s totally understandable to not always be present! Real life should always take top priority. My audios will always be here for you to enjoy at your own leisure šŸ˜Š I can relate to the job search very much. Try not to get too discouraged. I know how tough it is but youā€™re trying your best and thatā€™s all you can do. Eventually something will work out. Iā€™m sending good vibes your way that it will be soon šŸ™ ā¤ļø I hope you have a good New Year Pro and thank you for your comment and listening! ^_^

Thank you so much Berry, your comment means a lot to me! Moving was definitely stressful and I really do appreciate all of you for supporting me while I went through it. I will always be eternally grateful ā¤ļø It means a lot that youā€™ve felt comfortable commenting too! I can relate to the shy/anxious feeling of not wanting to, so to know I can help provide a space for you to feel that way makes me very happy. I always want everyone here to feel comfortable talking (with me and with one another), so if you ever donā€™t feel that way please let me know! I want this to continue being a place of chill/cozy vibes ^_^ I 100% agree with you on the music dude! The entire thing was just so weird. Like you said, thereā€™s so many other things he could have discussed, why act about liking music of all things? And if money was his end game I find the genre he chose very strange. I love rock/nu metal so much but itā€™s definitely not what I would consider the most popular of music genres. So to fake liking it is just bizarre xD Omg, you reminded me about cooking with glasses! People donā€™t realize just how dirty your glasses get while cooking, especially if itā€™s something thatā€™s fried or spitting a lot šŸ˜ Tbh, that may be worse to clean up than rain lol. As for streaming, if itā€™s something thatā€™s fun for you I say go for it! :D I get being nervous but you may end up really enjoying it if you try it out again. You could always start small (maybe with some friends) at first and then work your way into being more comfortable ^_^ If you do choose to I hope you have fun! ā¤ļø

Merry Christmas to you too friend! Itā€™s been a while since Iā€™ve heard from you so Iā€™m glad youā€™re doing alright! ^_^ Weā€™re all doing our best out here and Iā€™m rooting for you and all the Ali cats. Maybe the boonies wonā€™t be so bad šŸ± ā¤ļø Thanks a bunch for your kind words too, it really means a lot. Also for having a drink with me in spirt- cheers! šŸ„‚ What I wouldnā€™t give to have old MTV back. The hours I would spend watching music videos, waiting for that one song to play. It truly was a vibe āœØ And pleaseā€¦donā€™t mention the trucks. Just the thought of editing out that traffic puts chills down my spine lol- never again šŸ’€ I hope you had a wonderful Christmas my dude and a good New Year too! Sending positive vibes your way in that everything works out ā¤ļø

Haha, itā€™s alright Noct! I know 90 Day is the cringiest of the cringe when it comes to trash TV so you can judge me lol xD Thereā€™s just something about it thoughā€¦itā€™s just the right amount of drama, the right amount of cringe. It really has that certain je ne sais quoi about it šŸ‘Œ āœØ lmao xD Dude, you have no idea how pissed his audience seemed! šŸ˜ Understandably so of course. Thankfully I never really liked the dude so it was just w/e to me. But faking that you like a music genre is just so strange! Why that of all things? This next bit is for shits and giggles but itā€™s still true! I remember the moment I knew I didnā€™t see eye to eye with his take on music. It was a video about emo bands and Hawthorne Heights wasnā€™t mentioned ONCE- wtf?? Look, think whatever about Hawthorne Heights (I love them), but they are undeniably a big emo band along with Thursday. Lastly I want to say that things do get better Noct! Sometimes it takes a while but they will get better. All you can do is your best so be proud in that. I wish the best for all of you and like to believe that good people and hard work gets rewarded eventually ā¤ļø

You're right that it can take a while for people to show their true colors. I can be a little shy when first meeting someone, but I always keep at it until I find some common ground. Back in my fraternity days, I was the new member educator, so I had to figure out a lot of people. I still basically work doing that today, so I've had to develop a few strategies over the years. I guess that's why I'm always ready to chat, talking to people is just so ingrained into me lol Ah, misery loves company. I have rosacea but luckily i get medicine for it so you usually can't tell. It's rough when a breakout happens where your glasses sit. One of, if not my favorite current author (Brandon Sanderson) was there last year and I missed him by a few mins. I'm determined to get at least one autograph from someone next year! You will know of my success or failure in a comment replying to one of your "hope you had a good weekend" posts lol

Late Merry Christmas Alichu, one question, that slug girl you sketched back in September, did you ever draw a finished version or was an audio made of that character?

Thank you Emerald! I did make an audio of that character! I made it public so anyone could listen since itā€™s part of an ongoing story on YouTube. They tend to not like slimy sounds so I was worried about uploading it there (silly YouTube šŸ’€) I linked it below if youā€™d like to listen! If the link doesnā€™t work go to collections and the ā€œfree to listen roleplaysā€ tab :D https://www.patreon.com/posts/captured-by-slug-112526887?utm_medium=clipboard_copy&utm_source=copyLink&utm_campaign=postshare_creator&utm_content=join_link

Dude, that's absolutely fucking wild that Hawthorne Heights wasn't included. The Silence in Black and White is an iconic album. I remember buying the deluxe CD version of it at Best Buy as a teenager. I don't think it left my car's CD rotation for over a year. The only thing I can think of as a critique of Hawthorne Heights is that they're a little underwhelming live, but a lot of bands are like that. Obviously, it's a bit unrealistic to expect the same sound from a band live versus recorded. There are good things to be said about both experiences. Also, I appreciate the positivity! I know I'm just some person online, but it does mean a lot to me :)

You're welcome Alichu! And thank you! I've been trying to find her and your artwork of her, YT is very silly when it comes to slimy things. If you don't mind could you show me where to find Slug girl's artwork? šŸ˜… I cannot find that either for the life of me

Secular Succotash

No I wasnā€™t drinking but now I am! Thanks for the suggestion! Love that the start of this was half thanking us and the other half justifying your nosiness, but yes as someone who lives in an apartment complex I too have stood next to my window to eavesdrop on the drama, watching peopleā€™s cars get repoā€™d shouldnā€™t be as funny as it is. I know itā€™s awful to be entertained by real peopleā€™s misfortune but cā€™mon man you couldnā€™t afford that Charger you CANNOT be this surprised lmao Looked the punk rock mba guy up and his takes in the interview were absolutely wild. Like who can say they ā€œdonā€™t give a shit about music?ā€ Music is one of those things that just makes us human, itā€™s such an important art form thatā€™s everywhere in life so to say that he ā€œdoesnā€™t give a shitā€ about it is so insane to me. And hey I was the good example! (Thatā€™s rare for me haha) And donā€™t worry Ali, Iā€™m totally fine with you name dropping me (especially for good reasons, Iā€™m a vain son of a bitch that loves a good ego stroking lol) And finally, ā€œI donā€™t think Iā€™m cute?ā€ Well I donā€™t give a shit what you think Ali, you ARE cute! Anyway I hope you had a great Christmas and New Years, and I hope 2025 is a great year for you! Cheers!

Iā€™m glad Iā€™m not the only one haha! šŸ¤£ I know itā€™s terrible but man I just canā€™t help it- Iā€™m nosy as hell! Also, letā€™s be fair here. Some conversations you just shouldnā€™t have in public. At that point youā€™re just asking for it to be known lol. Tbh, I get the feeling that the MBA guy may be salty/resentful about something or maybe even sad, idk. I just refuse to believe that someone did something for that long and didnā€™t like it to some degree. Itā€™s wild. As for the name dropping, Iā€™ll keep that in mind for next time haha! I like to keep people private but Iā€™d never say anything bad about any of you anyway ā¤ļø Thanks for your comment Succotash and a very happy new year to you too! šŸ» šŸ˜Š
