Hello Ali cats, I hope you’re all having a good weekend so far :3 Above is the art of our recent slime girl; of course I went with pink :P

I’ll be posting a ramble within the next couple of days or so. I know a couple of you have had or have a birthday coming up so I’ll be sure to wish you a good one! 🥳

I know tomorrow is Mother’s Day so if anyone is spending time with their family tomorrow I hope you have a nice time! ❤️

My song recommendation this week is a little different than my usual ones. The singing/lyrics of this song really stood out to me and I love it ✨ I like all types of music so feel free to post what you’ve been listening to also if you like! :D

Slime girlfriend looks super cute and comfortable her outfit really fits the audios vibes. My weekend has honestly been a bit of a drag but still having some fun storm caused issues spent most of my day off making more permanent repairs but I was able to finish the mages guild questline in oblivion also made a super speed spell Whitch I love now I’m not sure if I wanna do the dark brotherhood hood or the thieves guild next leaning towards the thieves guild though cause I have a ton of stolen items and need a fence to sell them. I had a 12hour shift today at work but I made some hot wings yesterday that were really good happy with how they turned out. Atleast I have Mother’s Day off to spend with my mom so this weekend has been a mixed bag anyways I hope things are going better for you. My song recommendation is Devil trigger from devil may cry. It’s a super long song but the whole thing is an absolute banger! Your song recommendation was really good to could just vibe to that adding it to the chill playlist.

So far so good! I keep thinking it's Sunday though since I was working remote yesterday lol but going to be going to a French patisserie tomorrow and see what they have ^_^ how is yours going so far? GYATT DAMN... I mean, she's uhhh... she's definitely thicc (thiccer than a bowl of oatmeal). I kinda regret arguing with her about a video game now... because god damn that's the call to say, "Just sit on my face please!" Imagine if you have animation on the slime girl... nah that would just add more fuel to the fire... but you should've. (... yeah I'm not surviving the degen allegations...) Been having a good weekend so far, and there's really not much to say. Other than the negative of loosing a friend this week due to some problems with that one friend who brought his significant other to the discord when we all knew it would be bad, things have actually brightened up a bit. Song recommendation is going to one I remember a lot of people from Geometry Dash and Just Shapes & Beats got ptsd from. Deadlocked by F-777. I really like the beats it has for the song, not to mention if you watch both the G-Dash and JSAB versions on the song, it really fits in well with chaos and intensity with every layout.

That song rec's a fun one, I listened to it first and then checked lyrics, and I got hit with that Hey Ya effect: fun to bop a head to and vibe with, then the lyrics hit you with a bit of that cold drama. Song rec from me, I guess I'll answer back with something that's kind of the inverse of yours, a fair bit higher tension in the sound, but maybe a bit more hopeful (if not happier, I think it's up to interpretation) in the lyrics. This time of the year is always busy, with finals and for me, my allergies are the worst in spring, and I’m also asthmatic so this time of year is always fun @•@ Personally song recommendation is Acid Mountain and Nostrovia by Moon Hooch, which both I am trying to learn how to play on sax cuz they are amazing songs! Random Monstergirl Showerthought: slimes probably have to buy slime resistant products so their entire house isn’t covered in their own slime. Also, the number 1. Guy like me be listening to "Make It Sweet!", the MilkCan promotional album for Um Jammer Lammy made in 1999 that was never released in the United States. I have a bit of a fascination with promotional songs and albums. It just seems really interesting to advertise something with music.

My weekend's been good so far - a bit packed since I went from one event to the next, but they were all really enjoyable, so no complaints! Hope your weekend has been just as nice and maybe a little more relaxing. :3 As for the slime girl - yeah, I think the Ali Cats have spoken and I can only join their voices... Also - Pink was clearly the only correct choice, and I'm definitely on board with it. xP Humanlike has a really nice vibe. One of those songs you can have looping in the background and just slowly get absorbed into it. For this week's music rec from my side: "Sleep Token – Take Me Back to Eden".

My weekend has been pretty good. I took an extra two days off work, so there's really no way that it could go badly, haha. Unless I jinxed myself by putting it into words, I guess. Hope you had some time for relaxation too! Is it wrong that my first thought when I saw the slime girl art was to wonder what flavor she'd be? Not meaning that in any other way but objectively, of course xD She reminds me a bit of dessert. Then I thought about how I can't even remember the last time I had strawberry ice cream and now I'm craving it. Is this some elaborate ploy by Big Dairy? What are they paying you? Nice song choice this week! I don't speak Japanese, unfortunately. I've tried to learn on and off over the years, but I always get frustrated by my super slow progress. It's definitely still on the to-do list. Even without being able to understand the lyrics, it was quite musically enjoyable. It feels like it should be some sort of anime opening. I am absolutely not only saying that because it's a Japanese artist, lol. It just has that kind of rhythm. I did look up a translation of the lyrics and it's a lot more substantive than I thought it would be. I like it when there's a bit of a juxtaposition between the music and the words though. My recommendation for the week was originally going to be "Everyday Is Exactly The Same" by Nine Inch Nails, but I changed my mind last minute because I rediscovered another old favorite - "I'm Afraid of Americans" by David Bowie. You still get a healthy dose of Trent Reznor and the NIN sound. The music video is also a pretty cool concept if you get the chance to watch it. Edit: Oh, I forgot to mention, but I loved your goth Raora art. I saw she retweeted it as well. Congrats!

I also find myself wondering that haha! 🤣 I imagine this one would be a combo of strawberry and or peach 🍓 🍑 It’s funny you thought the song sounded like an anime opening because the singer has another song that is! Technically I think it’s an anime ending but hey, that counts too :P I can’t remember the song name but I think it was for Jujutsu Kaisen ✨ Oh man, “Everyday Is Exactly The Same” is one of my favorites. I used to listen to that one a lot back in the day! I’m familiar with David Bowie but I don’t think I had heard this song before- I really liked it! And you were right about the music video too, I enjoyed watching it :) Thanks also on the fanart comment! I had so much fun with that one so it means a lot >w< ❤️
