Hello Ali cats! I hope your weekend is going well and you enjoyed your latest visit to the bunny girl bar :P Above is the full art which I’m pretty happy with ; w ; I’ve really been enjoying my more sketchy art lately so it means a lot that I’ve been getting such nice comments on it ❤️

Music this week is a little out of the norm of what I usually recommend but the vibe really stood out to me. Definitely not because I’m southern or anything, of course not 😂 As usual feel free to post song recommendations of your own! ✨

She looks really great I do have to agree I think the sketchiness looks good she looks really kind and cute. My weekend is hopefully going to go better then these past few days a whole bunch of family is coming in town for my sisters wedding lots of festivities. As a southerner aswell Jim bob is certainly a vibe. My song recommendation is “Rules of nature” from metal gear rising revengence I know I said I wasn’t gonna recommend more music from this game but I can’t believe I forgot about this song it’s the song for the tutorial boss you know just a city destroying robot kaiju that you can parry it’s 5 story tall sword arm pick up and chunk the whole thing across the city absolutely metal pun intended.

I really love how the sketchy art has been turning out and this piece is super cute! I'm really happy for the long weekend as well because work has been pretty busy post reorganization and it's been hard to find a chance to comment lately. As for songs, I've been re-listening to the Mantradeva ost which is a Webtoon I have never read 😅. I do love the soundscape of Javanese music though so this ost was a fortuitous find just browsing through Spotify one evening. My favorite song in the album is: "Sandhikala (Tat Tvam Asi)" by Harmonicblend

My weekend is going well so far! Off till next Thursday and had yesterday off as well, hope yours is going well!! Also, I'm really loving the sketchy style you're doing atm, idk, it just makes your art feel more natural. As for my song recommendations, Fighting Another Day by Thyra, and I've been listening to Ash Again by Gawr Gura again

Fantastic artwork - just as you promised! The sketchy art style really suits her and gives everything a soft, expressive vibe. It's been really fun watching how your style has evolved over time. :3 As for the music rec: Jim Bob really does feel like if Three Days Grace went Southern. Definitely not what I expected, but it works! xD I love how all the recs here always bring something different to the table - it's such a fun way to discover stuff I wouldn't usually come across. For my pick this week, I'm going a bit more niche with "0-Gravity" by GRANRODEO. It's got some serious energy, and I hope you and the other Ali cats enjoy it! :3

More promotional albums: Aggressive Girl by OTMGirls Contains 3 songs from the fictional "OTM" group from Aggretsuko. There are JP and ENG versions of all 3 of the songs. I think the JP ones are better overall, but they did a really good job translating the lyrics. They also officially released two more songs: One song that appeared at the end of season 5 and one song that they used at live Sanrio events. These don't have ENG versions. The Sanrio tours only happen in Japan, so there was no need to make other versions of it. However, the other versions of "Counterattack Rage" appear in the show fully translated, but never had an official release. I suppose the rights to the song are harder to get due to the full song originating from the show. The songs are very unique, especially the first song in the album with the same name.

Finished up DOOM: The Dark Ages, and my GOD was it good. I loved every aspect of it, even if i ended up losing my pet dragon... but I just straight up decapitated the main villain of the game so it cancels out. Sunday is definitely gonna be better than Saturday since I'm gonna celebrate a birthday that ACTUALLY has my interest rather than today's two birthdays. It's not to say that they don't matter, mainly because one is for a 2 year old child (I think), but the other is an 18 year old and I really don't talk to him at all. Been feeling nice these couple of days, well other than the standard hospital check-up and partially lossing my vision for 2 days, so I'll just skip to the music. This one's from Bendy and The Ink Machine called "Angel of the Stage." I really like the Jazz-ish theme of it and the music really is nice.

Both the Bunny Ali and the Espeon ASMRs were very soothing, and the art for both are both adorable. Weekend is actually going rather nicely so far. Hope you have a good weekend, too!

Wow she's a cutie lol And that's her uniform? I'd be a regular :P I thought the concept of an ASMR bar was pretty interesting. I would love to have like a full body massage and having someone else do ASMR triggers the whole time. That was definitely interesting and different from the typical recommendation... But I think I like it. Not really sure what genre I would call this though. Country rock? Southern rock? I don't listen to it often but I have a bit of a soft spot for country music. I remember back when I was in highschool I heard a country song on the radio and I really liked the messaging and lyrics, so much so that I quoted it and talked about it in my personal statement essay for University applications lol

Good weekend vibes, Ali, Alicats~ :3 I dipped out of service range for a bit of backpacking, but I hope everyone is enjoying their time. The bunny-bar and Espeon projects hit extra hard this week, both audio and art. It feels like both pieces were extra soft visually, which has always been a preference of mine when it comes to illustrations. ❤️ If you haven't met a Jim Bob, have you really gone to the deep south? xD It's alright. For all the time I've spent with troops hailing from southern regions, I can say in full fairness that they're often my favourite students. That song and music video would do them proud. lmfao. >.> Since I'm back at my desk for the last edge of the weekend, I'll be fighting valiantly to defend the last Mega-Cities of Super Earth! As such, my song reco return will be an Irish folk version of the Helldivers' theme~ "A Cup of Liber-Tea" covered by Colm R. McGuinness.

Great audio, great art! Kinda like the idea that she’s not actually a bunnygirl and is just dressing the part :D Responding a little late because I’ve been traveling a lot this weekend. Yesterday my family went to see the Savanah Bananas which was a ton of fun. As I’m typing this we are on they way back from the game ^U^ I’m officially done with school for now, so I’ll have a lot more time to draw this summer. I got a new set of drawing pencils and a new sketchbook so they’ll be fun to mess with •v• I’ve been meaning to ask if you plan on creating a private Discord or one of those Patreon chats, just as a hang out or to post art n’ stuff. It would be nice just to have a casual spot to chat rather than just the comments on posts lol 8} My music recommendation for this week is not Moon Hooch (yay). Most of the time, I only listen to music while I’m studying or working, so I usually listen to just instrumental songs to focus, which means videogame music usually ends up on my playlist 😅 Anyways, the song is “the rain formally known as purple” (not joking) from the Risk of Rain 2 soundtrack. Great lofi song, one of my favs from that game Random Monstergirl Showerthought: It would probably suck to be married to a bunnygirl, for very bunny related reasons. There is also an urban legend of a white bunnygirl that murdered hundreds, before being blown to tiny bits by a grenade (if you know, you know)

One extra adorable bunny girl, please. Pleasure doing business with you! I'll be back next week for my fix...err...order. I think the sketchiness works particularly well here on the outfit. There's a sort of texture and depth feeling to it that I think would be kinda hard to replicate with other methods. Almost reminds me of corduroy. I doubt they make corduroy bunny suits though, lol. "JIM BOB" is interesting to me because I really didn't expect those lyrics combined with that kind of music. Country nu metal? Maybe I'm just out of touch because apparently it's a popular thing. I totally understand what you mean by the vibes though. I'm geographically more midwestern than southern, but I'm from an area that definitely glorifies that kind of "redneck" lifestyle. I grew up with a LOT of people who I could see wanting to be their own version of Jim Bob now that they're older xD My recommendation for the week is "Cowboy Dan" by Modest Mouse. Different vibes, but you can probably see why your song reminded me of it.

It makes me happy to hear you like the art :D It’s hard for me to be 100% with what I make (I think that’s just the case for a lot of people that draw lol), but I was actually really happy with how this bunny turned out 😊 Jim Bob was one of those songs that I personally have no relation to whatsoever but it intrigued me having grown up in the south haha! I know quite a lot of people, be it coworkers or family, that have this mentality. I don’t necessarily like or agree with the message, but it makes for interesting art all the same! :D Given my song I can definitely see why you recommended Cowboy Dan! I’ve never listened to much Modest Mouse before but that was a good one, thanks for sharing it :)
