We had one grocery store on the moon...I'm pretty sure I would shop there every time the same checkout person got their nails done....so many lost packages of meat. XD That's also so awesome that some Ali kats have been able to gift some subs! Way to go you guys! and hello all new Ali Kats!!

I'm visiting my family in the states for my birthday (I'm european lol), so I'll most definitely be getting some kind of snack to celebrate Also having someone else bag your groceries always seemed weird to me, here everyone bags their own stuff, and most people even bring their own bags/shopping nets in order to spare the environment

She helps all of us sleep but can’t sleep herself the sacrifice is much appreciated. Fr though hope you can get some good rest soon. I gotta get up early tomorrow not for work for once but because I decided inspired partly by your homemade ramen and partly by my favorite local ramen place to make tonkotsu ramen from scratch and it’s gonna take about 12 hours their will definitely upload photos later in the day cause this is gonna be work in its own right. It’s so awesome you hit 5million you absolutely more then deserve it and I can’t wait to see you hit 10million and beyond you put out the best content on the platform. Here they bag your grocery for you aswell but I also prefer to bag it myself for the same reason as you and also I used to be a bagger as my first job and I always prided myself on bagging fast but more importantly being organized keeping things from being damaged. But man that sucks they put it all together bagging 101 is never out meat with other things especially chicken I’d always double bag chicken and keep it separate. No definitely sucks but atleast they replaced it where I used to work if anything got damaged by employees or even if it just happened in the car we would always replace it on the spot no questions asked but whoever bagged you grocery’s either needs to be retrained or needs to pay attention and respect what other people are purchasing. Even if you don’t enjoy getting money thrown at you remember though you 100% deserve it if it comes your way I can’t overstate how much what you do helps us I used to have horrible insomnia and genuinely couldn’t sleep well you have massively improved my quality of sleep and how much I get and made a comfy place to chill out and that’s worth far more I can say. Glad to hear more about tier 3 coming along smoothly I’m sure everyone who gets it will really enjoy opening them every month I’ll be content to wait a until I’m in a good spot to join if their are slots you bet I will join things are going well for me right now for the most part so we’re on the up and up. I hope you have a great day and gets some good sleep 😴 I know how tough it can be running in low sleep and remember the reason that I don’t have to do that anymore is because of you being awesome!

Congrats on the 5mil ali i can't belive its been that long already it feels like yesterday that you just started your channel, treat yourself for this huge milestone you've just achieved you deserve it! 100% ali, I'm not sure if it's my store location or every whole foods but we always bag for consumers here but i always either put any raw meat or fish in a separate small bag for that extact reason sometimes people will really be like no thanks and I'm like "are you sure because I don't any raw juice to get on the rest of your groceries" but also I HATE WITH ALL MY SOUL when any raw juice or like the smell gets on my hands because it doesn't come off easily 😭😭😭 it is abousltelty the worse. I always try to double bag as well for heavy stuff but they don't like it when I do that because it's "wasteful" but like I know when a bag is too heavy or I just don't want to send someone home with like 10 bags lol. Interesting enough consumers can leave comments on their orders like their satisfaction and I always get such nice comments it makes me feel so good 🥹, because sometimes I feel like I didn't bag good enough and I offer to rebag or give them another. I'm right there with ya on having a bad day, yesterday it was mega busy at my job and I had to close and I was so exhausted by the end of the day that I forgot my ear buds at work which I realized when I got home, unfortunately they were gone when I called the next morning so I had to by a new pair today which I was pretty upset about because i hate losing stuff; they were old and by that I mean no longer in production XD but they were still in mint condition 😭😭. Congrats on the YouTube milestone! You deserve it! I haven't commented on a video there lately, but that's usually because I fall asleep while listening! :) A lot of people make mistakes when bagging groceries, but I've never had a problem as bad as the chicken or meat ripping open! That's some terrible luck! I listened to this ramble around midnight. My parents are out of town, when they go on vacation I usually go and house sit for them every other day or so, especially since their neighbor's house has been robbed before. There is no one in the house except me. So the noise around the 12:10 mark scared the hell out of me for a second lmao Luckily I brought my dog and he was basically next to me. He's very attentive to sounds at night so when he kept sleeping I just rewinded to make sure it was the audio. I'm hoping I could snag one of those 15 spots. I started organizing a card box and bought some dividers for it, the plan is to clear off as many pages as possible from my big card binder. My Alicards deserve a spot somewhere in the binder. It's very sweet that you're handwriting the notes. I have very ugly chicken scratch writing, so I would be so self conscious of writing letters lol A few years back there was a girl in my life that wanted exchange hand written letters every so often. It was very cute but I never really liked doing it because of my writing. I typed it out and printed it once, apparently that was a big nono :P

The content you create is one of the best ASMR out there imo, so definitely deserved! :D Having someone bag your groceries for you is such a foreign concept to me, and the point you mentioned is one of the reasons. If I pack it myself and something rips, tough luck, should've paid more attention myself then. But if someone else packs it, you can't really influence it. I've never had a bagger before, so I can't fully judge, but I feel like I'd definitely get secondhand stress. xD" Sucks to have to rearrange your day around stuff like that, but glad it worked out in the end! Congratulations on the 5M views! The modern world skews perspective sometimes when we look at all the social media giants out there, but having had that many people hear your voice (literally!) is an absurd number of people to think about. ----- Hadn't realized that there were cultural shifts between bagging your own groceries or not between different regions, that's fascinating. Others bagging my groceries has always been the default, and I guess now I know that's cause I've lived in the South my whole life, huh? I'd go out of my way all the time to pick a Self Checkout when I can, but it's not always available. Totally get it on not having others do the bagging, I'll usually do it for all of the same reasons as you—and also because the baggers always split two bag's worth of groceries into like seven or eight and I hate the feeling of waste >_< At least the store was gracious about what happened with the ripped packaging! And that it happened on the same day as the 5M achievement so you didn't have to stew all day ^^ Still kinda sucks that it happened in the first place, though :< ---- Re: The limited slots for the new tier, that 100% makes sense, especially since you're doing *custom handcrafts* for each one, I still am smiling so hard at the thought, it's just such an earnest expression of wanting to do something extra. ...Not that you don't already do a lot with these rambles and audios and all, I mean :P I dunno how many Ali Cats strong we are, but I can only imagine the strain if too many of us crowded you at once, so total understanding on the limit. I'll be aiming at signing up myself, but if I can't grab one of those hotcakes before they sell, s'not a big deal. That just means someone else who wanted it also got it, and it's hard to be mad about that in such a casual and fun atmosphere/community ❤️

I did night shift before and it's so rough! It's why I don't do it anymore. My biggest issue is with grocery store baggers is that they don't put stuff in the same group it's in at times. So I don't have a problem with just doing it myself if they don't have staff to bag for me.

Finally getting the chance where I can actually listen and focus on this. First off, and again, congrats on the 5 million views! Here's to many more!! Glad I found you a few years back because I have had many a good nights sleep and now recently, many a relaxing morning listening to your audios!! And happy birthday to everyone!! And urgh... to the grocery thing... which store was that so I can make sure to never go to one.. lol at my first job which was a Food Lion, they drilled it into our heads that produce goes with produce, raw meats with raw meats or by itself, bread by itself or only with eggs sitting on top of the carton, and it's been like that with every store I've shopped at lol ... except for maybe Walmart.. they don't care lol And with the 50 gifted subs, until i saw your post about that on YouTube, I had no idea you could gift them on Patreon too!! And that was very generous of that person! Not gonna lie, can't wait til I'm cleared of my debt so I can do stuff like that too lol And finally, still looking forward to the new sub tier! I know what you mean about the pain of having meat juice spill out in the grocery bag cause something punctures the flimsy film covering it. You're pretty much right in that having a bagger at a grocery store is still pretty common in the South; although I tend to do self-checkout cause I feel like it's faster for how few groceries I feel i get, plus, I feel a similar way to you in that I feel better in bagging my own groceries cause I have my own way of bagging things. Big congrats on reaching 5 million views on your YouTube vids! It's also really cool of that anonymous Alicat to gift Patreon subs to so many folks.

They are normally pretty good at bagging but I guess I was unlucky this day 💀 I hope everyone that got a gift sub enjoys their stay! :3 I remember seeing something about gifted stuff on Patreon a while back but wasn’t sure how it worked until now. I think it’s really cool too! Don’t ever feel pressured to do that though. It’s appreciated, but always put yourself and your wellbeing first because that’s what is most important!
