Apologies again if I came off too strong! When I get going about cards I have a hard time shutting up 😅 Moral of the story: be careful who you buy cards from- especially nowadays!!

Awesome I’m so ready to chillax I’ve had a long day opening shift at work into several errands and it was so hot today I’m glad I was working inside atleast. Oh that’s horrible that’s is not near mint in any way that almost feels like they are trying to scam people maybe even intentionally sending lower quality cards then they ordered and then just not offering any real way to make up for it. If I order any singles I’ll definitely make sure I’m careful people are so greedy these days. That’s awesome Ali I hope your get an awesome pc. I remember thee only time I tried pc gaming it was on an old computer trying modded terraria and that’s a 2D game and it constantly stuttered and crashed frequently 😭 Any specific games you had in mind you wanted to stream and also would it be cool if we gifted you games on steam that we thought you might like? Well thanks for letting me chill for a bit I gotta do some laundry and general cleaning now I hope your day was good and that you never have to deal with sellers like that again!

If you can definitely try using PayPal especially since you got scammed pretty much they should be able to help. I’ve had similar experiences but the cards only being 1$. That’s also my issue with card shows most are super crowded so you can’t take time to look at card conditions being not the right price. Also that’s cool you have tv reporter I almost got her locally she’s from cosmic eclipse where I pulled my one ultra beast card from:D I look forward to the future and will continue to be here for the new stuff you may try! As always thank you for the rambles I really do enjoy them especially while having some iced tea or an energy drink😅

It’s a shame what you went through with the card dealers. I always hate when people compromise their integrity for a quick buck like that. It’s exciting that you’re planning to get a pc though! Glad to know you have Ali-cats helping with that, cause I know when I got a pc that if I didn’t have friends and family helping explain things to me, I’d have no idea what I was doing. 😅 Hopefully you end up enjoying it! Oh, and by the way, just in case you didn’t get my previous message, I wanted to make sure I answer your question from before. The software I use is Ren’py. It’s a visual novel editor, and if you’re interested in using it, you can find the download on their website. If you decide you end up wanting to use it for something, I’d be happy to help with answering your Ren’py questions!

I would go pre build pc just be very careful who you get your computer if you do that. But if you want to game on the go then obviously a fair priced laptop. Def pc for streaming. Ali Streams would be so chill! 😆

Thank you so much for the shoutout! I'm at gamescom, so definitely been enjoying some special days haha. Sounds like you're dealing with a very "businessy" type of seller. That response was something I'd expect from amazon or something. Those stores usually expect to sell large quantities and for most people to not want to deal with the hassle of complaining...If you wanna be "cheeky" tell them you'll return it if they send you the shipping money in advance :P A good computer WILL change your life not just for gaming but for just working and having it load stuff super fast. That and a two monitor setup, will make you never want to go back. Building one is the best option, but you can always buy a pre-built from Starforge or some store like that if you don't wanna deal with it. I encourage you to build one even if its a little stressful, its super satisfying and nowadays its so streamlined its just like messing with Legos....very expensive legos lol

Not sure why you can't even send images over private messages. I understand that putting a bunch of pictures in the comments of a public post could be bad, but I don't understand why they'd be so restrictive.

The full art cards are beautiful. Every TCG should be doing that. I feel like getting into the One Piece card game just because they do some awesome full arts too. I buy quite a bit from TCG Player vendors because it's usually a cheaper deal. Especially when doing a bulk order. That card's condition is unacceptable, I've never had any problems like that or deal with any rude vendors. That fucking sucks man. The fact that they wanted the card back is gross. I have quite a few cards on the way, so now I'm kinda nervous. Thanks, Ali :P Wow! PC gamer Ali, now that's exciting. Switching to primarily PC gaming has been pretty great, but yes it can be expensive. I would say to start having in mind what you want to be able to do with it and don't be afraid to take it slow buying things as you can. I'm excited to see what you come up with. Don't forget to name your PC either, it's the most important part! Lol

Been busy with work and birthday stuff, so going to collate my thoughts here✨ Thank you for the birthday wish! My partner surprised me with an otter encounter where we got to see back of house and feed them which was really cool, I had no idea how loud they can be though and one of them was very talkative! You have a great penchant for telling stories, although a lot of the work stories feel more like horror stories with how much I was dreading what these people would do! Sending dick pics to people you are commissioning is just so... Blegh... But i'm glad you can look back on it now and laugh! 'Shleb' Had me ROLLING laughing I am 100% using that pronunciation next time someone mentions it!!! I'm from NZ and we are pretty lucky with insects and animals, I can't imagine living somewhere with scorpions(I had to google vinegaroon WHAT THE HELL!!!) living near me I think the closest experience is encountering Wētā but that's definitely enough for me ;( Seeing your card collection was really cool! Its wild to see how much cards have changed since when I was a kid, a lot cooler art though! It's a shame that you are paying a premium for the singles then not getting what you are asking for, like you said thats LITERALLY the point of you paying that premium... I'm glad most of your interactions have been good considering the craziness of pokemon card stuff. I've been enjoying the asmr this past week, finally a leafeon one :) favourite so far has been the reverse comfort ones as those always make me smile. Have a nice week!

Ali Ramble! The way you got your singles suck, or at least the one who has math homework on it. Although, kinda noble that you don't want to send it back, so they can try it on someone else. I'm currently listening to the squirrel girl ASMR, guess I haven't got to the part where you almost died via choking. Best of luck getting your PC built! I got my built by a friend, and trust me, you'll thank yourself for getting one.

that's why i hate buying used was looking for a small guitar amp a while ago first one listed as "tested, working" just did not work second, i paid for the amp, seller didn't want to send it, had to ask the store for a refund ended up just buying a brand new one, paid more but at least avoided more headache xd i understand though that with cards this isn't really an option, and/or the price diff is massive; all i can say is good luck with future purchases

Oh no, they weren’t getting the card back unless I got a replacement. I’m not about to have them take that thing and put it back up for the same price! D:< Unfortunately none of my friends are too knowledgeable when it comes to PC building. If that were the case 100% I’d pay to have them do it!! XD

Lol But dang... that blows about the cards, I really do have a feeling that if you sent that one card back, that they'd just blow you off and put it right back on sale, now that it's been a bit, you ever hear back? And i can't wait for you to get a computer! I was always a gaming laptop user, so I was at most only ever to use medium settings with decent enough FPS on games, but now with my desktop, even though it's a year old, I'm still able to play the newest games on maxed out settings at 1440p with over 100fps, so it REALLY is a game changer! What kind of budget do you think you're gonna have? The GPU is what's going to cost the most btw. Don't buy from Amazon, lots of fakes on there, and remember about that store I told you about! You can buy everything online, and they'll have it ready for pickup, or you could have them build it, and you don't have to worry about any upsetting! Also, sorry for taking so long to comment on this! Usually listen to your rambles during my lunch break walk, but it's been too hot to focus on anything other than music till now.
