Since I did a ramble on gen. 1 a while back, I thought it would be fun to chill and do another on gen. 2- my favorite! = w =

In other news: my ali model is slowly coming along. I'm aiming to have it ready for rigging in a week's time so wish me luck! I'm super nervous to learn Live2D Cubism but also excited. I know it's going to be very time consuming but hey, I'll learn another skill- yay! 😺✨

That’s so awesome to hear 2 weeks tell rigging that’s seems like insanely fast progress to me like I know you will figure that out too you got this Ali I know you do I can’t wait is see it!!! I love hearing all of your opinions Ali you fucking hilarious psychopathic sunflowers Hmm glasses nerd hmm… personally I like onyx more but I think it’s just cause I don’t like the shape of steelix head both are really cool but the shape of his head is just so weird! Your reasoning behind porygon is hilarious but I also tend to think your totally right I can see his head bobbing up and down lol Learning you would be a pig farmer if you were in pokemon lol but the biggest shocker of all was learning you ARE NOT A CAT BUT A MURKROW it all adds up though the easily distracted by shiny things the cuteness the darkness the mischievousness tsk tsk tsk! You know as you went though all the pokemon of gen 2 I realized how many amazing Pokemon are in it genuinely might be my favorite generation aswell I mean we got flaffy sneasal the second best eeveelution typhlosion Entai tyranitar Celebi Lugia houndoom skarmory heracross feraligator pichu so freaken many awesome pokemon! Thanks for the ramble Ali I was listening to it while drawing I had a lot of fun listening and drawing I could listen to you forever you made my art session even more chill ^_^

Ah love for the ol Shuckmeister, I always loved shuckle because of the dorkly bits with it. Other than that the Tediursa line is fun to me because I always had a teddy bear collection so it just works out, also when we get there your comments on houndoom are how I feel about absol where its just kinda awesome to see. Glad to see your onto the rigging process and can't wait to see the results, in the meantime I do love these rambles ali.

Overall a nice overview of the Johto region Pokemon, and the ones you liked are quite fitting for you. Gold version was my first game to play in the series and the 2nd & 3rd Pokemon movies are some of my childhood favorites, so gen 2 Pokemon have a nostalgic place in my heart. Typhlosion, Espeon, Scizor, Heracross, Chinchou, Slowking, Ho-Oh, Entei, Furret, Mantine, and Quagsire are among some of my favorites in terms of design. For why Pineco is bug is pretty straightforward, as it's based on a bagworm. These bugs as larva attach themselves to trees, feeding on their resources, and cover themselves in a silky coat with patches of the trees foliage and sticks to hide themselves from predators. Why Shuckle is a bug (according to bulbapedia): It seems based on Endolith animals, which make homes inside porous rocks, and it's likely based on some kind of worm or mollusc.
