I think she looks really good, but I’m the same way especially with the costume I’m building it’s just never good enough and you always want to change things but she looks great!

Looking forward to seeing you carry over what you have learned into the next one. A first draft is always helpful in the creation process. Don't consider it a failure, it's a stepping stone to something even better! (Though personally I can't see anything wrong with it.)

For the record I think you have done incredible she is adorable 🥰!!!especially for a first attempt but also I understand lord knows how many drawings I’ve deleted and restarted because I didn’t like them and even on the thing I do post I just see my mistakes especially since I’ve been watching art tutorials and I’ll be like oh damn I fucked up lol I respect your decision to restart so your proud of it and no use it being your first model as an excuse to let it be not as good as it could be! Pretty fascinating how all the vtuber model rigging works I remember I looked into it a bit a long time ago back when is streamed myself. First impressions are powerful. That is especially the case when it comes to content creation. If you want to start over to create an even better model, then I say hell yeah, get after it. You got this! I also want to say that I'm very impressed. She honestly looks pretty cute. I don't know anything about rigging, but does starting over mean scrapping everything? There aren't parts of the skeleton that could be used as a base or anything like that?

The artistic struggle of getting like 60-70% of the way there with a project, and deciding you need to start from 0% again to "get it right" this time. The worst part is definitely seeing all the tiny things you want to be critical about, especially right after you tell yourself you're satisfied with what you made!

If you ask me the model looks pretty snazzy, but then again, I'm not an artist so take it with a grain of salt. But I can't wait to see the new and improve design, but I equally as excited to see Ashy! I hope you can pull off a whole stream while doing the Ash voice, but I have faith!

As you said in the beginning of the ramble, we all probably understand and even likely have experienced similar feelings when making something from scratch, especially the first time trying to. But it's even more important to be able to share those feelings so they don't weigh you down, so thank you very much for doing so! And though we can't do much community healing for you getting used to your new glasses, wishing you a smoother transition adjustment to them and of course all the best in general

What a good time to finally check back in on the Patreon! Even though you're starting over I still think this prototype Ali Jr. was a huge success! Seriously you made a whole rendered and rigged model and it actually looks good! As for the "hating what you make" piece, yeah I definitely nitpick my stuff always but honestly I think "hate" is the wrong word for me personally. It's more like noticing the little mistakes in my work gives me that itch and drive to do better, and that's honestly not a bad feeling
