Did you know that you can get direct feedback on YOUR drawings in a personal one-on-one video call with the Sketchbook Tier?

Who is it for?

  • The Sketchbook Tier is for the artist who feels a little stuck or lost in their gesture drawing practice.

  • They are doing all the things but their drawings and understanding just don't seem to be improving!

  • For the artist who just needs someone experienced to look specifically at their drawings and give guidance about where to place their focus in order to reach their goals.

What does a video feedback session look like?

  • Once you sign up to the Sketchbook Tier, I will reach out to you to arrange a date/time that we are both available for one hour to chat.

  • Before the call, you will send me approximately 10 recent gestures drawings of yours along with some notes on specific areas you need guidance with.

  • I will send you a link to a video call platform that will record our call.

  • During the call, I will share my screen and draw over your gestures with focus on the areas you highlighted and any other areas I feel could improve your practice.

  • After the call, I will send you a Google Drive link to download the video recording, as well as PSD/JPEG files of the draw over notes for your future reference. I may also send you links to any other resources I think would be beneficial to your learning in the discussed topics.

  • In addition to the 1 hour call, you will also have access to everything on Patreon for the month. All the past tutorials, realtime gesture videos, draw along challenges, bonus posts, and downloads.

  • You can choose to stay on the Sketchbook tier for as long as you like. But usually artists just get the one and then drop down to a lower tier, as they take time to practice the areas discussed in the call.

  • You can choose to sign back up to the Sketchbook Tier in the future when you need a little guidance again.

One-on-one feedback is truly my favourite thing to do with fellow artists.

I love getting into the specifics of what you are practicing and offering options on how to go deeper into your practice and ultimately become a stronger artist!

Gillian.
