A couple of months ago, a Cyber Punk pack won the Voting Poll, but the pack wasn't as exciting as I had hoped it would be. I think mainly because the model was in a skin tight latex costume that didn't allow for a lot of movement!

Being disappointed by that pack, I was delighted when I stumbled across another Cyber Punk pack from another reference sources - Obscura 29. I made such to grab a copy of their pack during the Black Friday Sales and man, am I so glad that I did!

This pack was much more dynamic, varied and fun!

Not only are there a range of outfits, props and poses, but there's also some play with perspectives in this pack, which made it a real good all-rounder pack and I got to play with a lot of different gesture drawing tools.

Check out the video to hear how I approached 12 different poses.

I might even do another realtime gesture video with this pack, there were so many other cool poses to draw!

I did this realtime video in Procreate... I was a big time saver for editing!

How do you feel about these digital realtime gesture videos?

Do you prefer traditional or digital? Or does it not really matter?

Your feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Gillian.

I can"t zoom in youtube so maybe if you use procreate next time, if you want it to be bigger you can paste the model real size next to your drawing for example ? instead of using the reference tool (it's too small for me even when i use procreate myself T.T) thank youuu
