You know I love raccoons…heck, I love ALL the animals! 🦝❤️

On my recent trip to Virginia, I asked my neighbor if she would kindly feed the raccoons while I was away. After all, I have three mamas and six babies depending on me! Thankfully, she graciously agreed to take over raccoon duty while I was gone. 😂

As a little thank-you, I decided to paint a card featuring Lucy, my favorite raccoon, peeking through colorful fall foliage. 🍂🦝

This is an easy mixed-media tutorial using watercolor and colored pencil, and it’s a fun little project you can turn into your own handmade thank-you card—or simply enjoy as a cozy bit of fall painting.
