This is a recent commission I completed in Pastel. I was just wondering if anyone in the community has any interest in Pastels.

On Monday I took on watercolors for the first time in my life .. watercolors for pre school children.. as a child as a parent and as a helper .. so do not count !! …. Can still see the colors blending and .. alll the dripping water I loved the starter kit my daughter got me for Christmas it .. I immersed myself with the thank you card w flowers ! I had to practice and practice to make the flowers smaller and smaller.. but I kept hearing your lovely southern lilt .. just keep trying .. just put the color on the paper. My Texas accent isn’t as lovely .. but I did swear when the cats and I had a possession argument !! So if you love pastels .. I will try that as well!! Thank you Viv for creating the dabblers. I haven’t shared on discord .. but am determined to slap fear and get on w creativity and just go to it !
