[FM24] Promotions & Relegations 25/26 (Patreon)

This custom FM24 file refreshes your save with the latest confirmed promotions and relegations across the major leagues, while also updating the qualified clubs for the UEFA Champions League, Europa League and Conference League according to the 2024/25 season results (first season still uses the old European format).

The aim is simple: align your starting database with the most accurate competitive landscape possible.

League structures reflect the latest movements.European spots match real-world outcomes — meaning clubs that didn’t qualify won’t appear artificially in continental competitions (for example, Villarreal and Chelsea are not placed in the Champions League).

Take charge of your favourite club in a setup that mirrors the current football hierarchy and experience a save that feels properly grounded in today’s reality.
