[FM23] Man City with Transfer Ban (Patreon)

This custom file introduces a transfer embargo challenge for Manchester City, blocking all player signings and sales until July of a chosen season (2025–2030).

The setup respects the game’s integrity, leaving competitions, finances, and league rules intact, so the difficulty comes purely from limited squad flexibility rather than artificial handicaps.
