No, I think Samuro E build is still good but simply less good then before. I would say it went from A tier to B tier but the build is still fine.

What i should do with Samuro if im playing him on map Towers of Doom vs Illidan double soak, and Illidan is using his ult - Hunt. To hunt my 4v4 team on bot, should i just try to push towers or try to help team? I think push towers are so much better cuz i will not be there in time. So on that map ill be whole game just pushing + soaking, almost no tfs at all. :d

Yeah if you can't get there in time then the only thing you can do is push towers. Illidan vs Samuro is generally a favorable matchup for Illidan
