Tyrande is a support with great followup CC capabilities, one of the only supports with a ranged stun followup which is very useful for comps that aim to kill the other team frequently. She can also get a good amount of healing out if you play her kit very well, but there are a lot of tricks and nuisances that you must know to achieve this.
