Hi Fan, BW is my main character and I can't remember the last time I went poly build. Wondering if you have advice on when to pick it. I know it's situational but are there certain hero's you'd vs where you'd say that's a better build then phase shift?

Yeah usually specifically when theres a character that gets hard countered by poly. So if the enemy team has a tracer/genji/zeratul/illidan type of character that you think would be the hard carry of the enemy team, its a great way to hard counter them.
