He has weak waveclear and macro so he needs that to be covered elsewhere in the team comp. Other then that if you are good enough he is strong at everything else

Certain heroes might be a bit better on certain maps but I don't think it makes much sense because you would have to know exactly how to play that hero on that map as well in order to make it actually accurate. I cover any map benefits in the hero guide themselves instead.
