When you body block as tank, what buttons are you using? I'm usually using right-click plus Stop. But I could other techniques being useful, like moments of Holding position, or keeping right mouse button pressed to make micro-adjustments.

Right click + stop or hold position is a very good way to do it, other times I just spam right click in the direction where they seem to be heading, both methods are good as long as you are in front of where they want to go.
