One thing to add to Garrosh's 20: at about 12:00 you show off the double-double throw but you can actually triple-double throw as long as your second double throw covers any distance at all. https://streamable.com/0v9905 Also thank you for putting up this guide!

I heard on Reddit a year ago that the spell power reduction has a bug of not working on healing. Still the best level 7 since 95% of heroes do significant spell damage. Might effect who to target through. Can anyone confirm?

I know blaze spell power reduction was bugged with healing, have not heard about garrosh being bugged personally

on that last bit about using W when low on HP, it's also more total healing to use it then, since the heal is 10% of missing HP (double on heroes) so the closer you are to 0hp, the more healing you get from each W and the more armour protects that heal too.

Does the double throw at 20 enable any specific plays / situations to think about, or is it pretty much "I'll peel these two divers" or "I'll toss these two squishies into my team"?

It's not too specific, but the second throw hitbox is pretty generous so its more like what you said, you get 2 for one if you are looking for kills or peels. Also twice the CDR for the level 16 which enables you to chain throw like crazy
