5/15/2025 - Malthael W Build + Tormented Souls Got Buffed, now a viable build that power spikes at level 20 with 2 second W from Tormented Souls + AOE % Damage from Level 16 W.
I still prefer Last Rites + 2nd Life build at higher ELOs(diamond+) but Tormented Souls + W build can be a lower ELO(plat and under) stomper late game.
