I taught with clothes on!!! (Patreon)

So this might sound really weird to textile folk (aka people who wear clothes ALL the time) but I actually had a melt down in a BN naked class when I thought I ought to wear clothes because the plumber was installing a new boiler. I cried on camera and to solve it I whipped my clothes off and all was good for the rest of the class. Most instructors will teach multiple classes in various locations and I've not managed to because of a) teaching with clothes on and b) lack of confidence in an in person clothed enclosed environment. Nudefest and Sunfolk have been outdoors and everyone is friendly and nice and have got my back. I clearly don't trust normal people to be nice and have had enough bad experiences and negativity to really be an issue.
So about 6 weeks ago the fitness instructor what's app group for the local very small leisure centre needed cover for a Tuesday morning to cover Pump. I don't teach Pump yet but offered Sculpt instead. They said yes and ever since I've been wanting to cancel and not do it. I would try and think of any reason not to do it. But thought it would be really good for me to actually do it with my Pilates Level 3 exams coming up in April. Teaching in person is something I want to do but after losing my partner and business in 2020 it's taken time and a lot of support from you guys, everyone at BN and Ian to get me to where I am now.
So I prepared like mad, I still had my laminated notes on the floor, but very much condensed compared to the ones at home that you don't get to see.
I know as a naturist Patreon this is a bit weird posting a clothed class, but it signifies a massive milestone to me. A huge leap forward in my fitness instructor journey and I'm actually really proud of myself. The video is be practicing for the clothes in person live class so let's celebrate me. Plus I'm letting this one go live to ALL patrons as it's clothes so folk can see what a naked version might be like as well.
Ian still has his cough so it's a six week wait without steroids and antibiotics for the next test which is booked in at the hospital. CT was clear of cancer which is good.
Over the weekend we are hoping to get out for a training row for the first time since we started taking her apart and putting her back together again. Hopefully have some nice videos and photos for you if it's warm enough.
Oh and I now have 2 regular PT clients which is also boosting my confidence too. So all is looking up on that front.
Lots of love and I think that's it for now.
