Yay — Level 3 Pilates Diploma Qualification (Patreon)

It just shows how far I've come. The Level 2 Gym Instructor course I needed to teach the GroovX Classes took me 9 months to achieve in the pandemic whilst I was grieving.I'm still not fully healed but I'm growing in confidence and can't wait to save enough for the Level 4 Qualification once I've been teaching a year.Live Pilates classes on the Naked Fitness platform with British Naturism will hopefully go live in January.On demand - you'll see my practice videos and see me progressing.Women only sessions may well start up soon too.
