Step One - I looked on YouTube for how to do a faux bob when you have long hair. It involved hours of curling it for the finger waves so I didn't do that be but I followed the rest of the instructions vaguely.

Step Two - Step up the props and staging and lighting. Lighting was easy, just a standard lamp in the corner, looked pretty natural. Didn't want too much light.

Step Three - Set up the tripod and phone (Honor). I tried using the smile mode, so when  I smile it takes a picture. This wasn't successful as they looked too modern. I tried the 10 second timer and that wasn't great either. Needed to try something else. I thought to myself I wonder if I take a video on my phone and then take screenshots of it ....would that work. I tried three different poses which you'll see on the video. The pictures are never going to be great quality, but quite fitting for the 1920s feel possibly.

Step Four - Screenshot all the different poses and moves as you watch them, but make sure its on full screen, not showing the video playback bar at the bottom.

Step Five - Touch of editing, bit of cropping, then changing the images to black and white, then adding a pre set filter from the phone settings.

I think they have come out ok considering.
