I think i've found the issue why Phones aren't reading the file xDIt's 7680 x 3614 I'm making some tests to see which works best (I don't want to reduce the quality)

I have actually downloaded it twice before reporting the issue and..well..i cant find the file in my phone..is it possible it might also be in a different file format? Downloading 2 of them made my storage almost full. If you or anyone knows how to help me find the file to delete it (since it doesnt work), that would be helpful~

Try using the file manager. Mine downloaded in the sd card. Otherwise, it might be in the mega folder in case you used the mega app to download them

I have checked both but still cannot find it. Not even under the file name. Maybe i will try to connect my phone to my computer when i get home. Hopefully i will find it~

You can reduce the resolution a bit without reducing quality, as long as you keep the bitrate high. Having the resolution be significantly higher than what the phones can display can actually result in a lower quality because the phone now has to scale that video down to fit its display which can create artifacts in the video.
