COMMISSION DUMP! (+backlog update…) (Patreon)

This week I finished about 13 art pieces, some of which I cannot post due to some clients asking to keep it private. I had a ton of fun with these and will be resuming work Sunday most likely.

I wanna say this is about… 1/3 of the backlog? I never like talking about how truly massive my pile of owed work is. But rest assured none of what remains is from previous years, everything is from 2026. It’s just difficult, I take on about 10-15 commissions a month to get by, and while I’m usually good with finishing them on time, typically a few will fall through the cracks and I just lose track of time. My mental health’s been a little down all summer which hasn’t helped.

But I promise, I’ll make as big of a dent in the backlog to my ability before year’s end. To anyone reaching out for an update, don’t worry, I will respond as soon as I can. I see the DMs, I just don’t have time to reply and would rather get to you when I actually have something to show.

I unfortunately do still need money though, so I plan to open 6 slots this weekend, enough to have a cushion but not too much to risk undoing this week’s backlog cleaning. My birthday is on the 25th as some of you know, so I would like to have a little money to enjoy it. I will not reopen slots again until November assuming I can get by for the month. I’m trying really hard not to undo my progress so my solution is just work harder to counteract new slots hahah
