I cannot believe how good this film is. It perfectly balanced the action with the heart felt moments and the entire story following the domestic life of a family of secret superheroes was brilliant. Enjoy :)

Mariia K 🇺🇦

Jim Schmitz

OMG! At home with Oscar's family at last...

Hannah

YES!! I’m so excited to watch you react to this! I was obsessed with this movie as a kid. I remember trying to do my hair like Violet because I thought it looked so cool and mysterious having half her face covered 😂

Teej

Edna Mode is the BEST!!!

Robin C.

Top-tier Pixar, for sure. The blend between the superhero genre and spy-thriller-James-Bond is so well done, in every way; writing, design, music, it's all super! And same director as The Iron Giant, Brad Bird!

Raquelly Reacts

Yay!!!. This is my favorite Pixar movie. I’m so excited .and omg yay I’m so happy it’s your favorite now too. It’s amazing and has so many layers it also is very mature going into topics like suicide and infidelity. Cool thing to note is The families names and powered describe who they are in the family dynamic. Dad or Mr incredible represents the father being the man of the house and being the foundation and STRONG for the family. Elasta girl represents moms and the whole family needing her attention so she STRETCHES to be everywhere at the same time and to be available for the family. Also showing how moms can be stretched thin. DASH is very fast, having super speed to show how hyper young boys can be. Violet having ultra VIOLET radiation and showing how young girls are sometimes reserved and shy but grow with confidence. And of course Jack Jack being a representation of all babies, being very unpredictable, not quite having a solid identity yet but having many to show that they can be anything they want when they grow up and also being the JACK of all trades. I do hope you watch the second one. It’s just as amazing. Also the where’s my super suit scene with honey is absolutely iconic never gets old. 😂 If you want to see what happened with Jack Jack and the babysitter check out the short Jack Jack attack.

Damn my eastern time zone, you are always posting the greatest most absolute bangers when I'm asleep!! 😭 I've been REALLY looking forward to this one, and I'm so glad you had a blast with it. The Incredibles is just a flat out masterpiece! The drama, tone, humor, action, heart---everything in perfect balance. Not to mention the acting, because holy cow. Holly Hunter is an absolute force, and what a shame that animation/voice acting is so underappreciated in the mainstream. The authenticity and conviction she brought to that role (that everyone brought!) floors me every time. And my favorite little easter egg: Helen's call sign she repeats on the plane "India Golf Niner-Niner" is Brad Bird's nod to the 1999's Iron Giant 😍

Tionne✨

Glad you had a fun time, this movie is awesome! Ready to watch the sequel with you soon.

Georgina Cussans

Yay!! Loved your reaction, hope to see you react to Turning Red at some point it's my other fave pixar film😁

Mikkel Øberg

This movie is a masterpiece and itll forever remain in my top 3 movies

AnastasiaSandm07

I absolutely love this film💗 Extremely entertaining and hilarious!

Bruno G.

This is one of my favorites... please react to the short of Jack Jack it explains what happened to the babysitter and him hahahaha it's really funny. And the sequel is A MUST!

Brittney Alvarez

Love this movie so much - definitely at the top for Pixar! If you want to see more of Mrs. Incredible then can’t wait for you to watch the sequel! And I recommend you watch the short Jack-Jack Attack to see what happened with the babysitter 😄 And the short Auntie Edna AFTER watching The Incredibles 2

Rhetorical Thrill

This is one of my favorite movies for sure! I remember seeing this in theaters and it's still amazing, and somehow it gets more and more relatable with time. But I can't believe you didn't notice how Dash and Violet survived the rocket blast in the cave because...THEY ACTUALLY RAN TO THE SIDE 🤣

DudeTrue

Man, it's been years since I've seen it and I forgot just how incredible this movie is! Watching with you was great, bud. Have a good one!

Liam

I've never watched the incredibles

Big Bob

I love the brother/sister chemistry between the two characters, it´s kind of like mine with my sister. Oh and it is one of the best in movies of all time in my opinion. And the movie is one of the best. I will not say THE best because Pixar has many good ones, but it is at the top Oh and of course we can´t ignore the goverment drones in this movie aka what the wrong persons call "birds" (I hope the sarcasm in the last sentence is understandable, i don´t believe in that but it is funny that this is their believe. And a pretty funny thing after rewatching i recocnised a few years ago)

James McCarthy

I think that probably is the best pixar film now you mention it, maybe tied with Inside out. The sequel to Incredibles is not quite as good but is still very good (:

JoseMTZ

If you can watch JACK JACK ATTACKS! It’s what happens to Kari babysitting jack jack. You get to find out why she was calling all frantic. Also the second one has one too so dont miss that short too

Robin C.

After revisiting this through your reaction, too, it occurs to me (and maybe I'm just super overdue to this realization), that a great foil or counterpoint to Syndrome's whole ethos is Edna Mode. Edna doesn't have powers, either, but she does have an amazing skillset, which she used for good in the world. She's also very much a superhero geek. And I love that!

Jim Schmitz

I remember some superhero saying, "family is forever" Good thing, too. As always, your comments were Incr... oh, you know. 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️

Paul

The beginning of this movie is fantastic, because both "sides" are 100% correct, it's an impossible situation. Mr. Incredible desperately wants to live up to his full potential and save people, real human beings, save their entire lives, and he did so. He snuck out constantly to try and accomplish this. But at the same time risking his own family and not being there enough for them. Was he wrong? I can't even say definitively either way. You don't expect this kind of thought-provoking philosophy from an animated children's movie (more of an all-age kind of movie really).

Brian Matthews

This movie is another one that is just plain FUN!!!! Definitely Pixar's magnum opus of movies. The sequel (after 14 yrs omg) was great as well.

Chris Mullen

Loved the reaction! Can't wait for you to watch the 2nd one too

Fenixnade

This is my all time favorite movie. I've loved it since I saw it in theaters. And the second one (which took forever to come out) is FANTASTIC as well! I hope you react to it also!

Tom

'what does he use in his hair?' 🫣🤣

Tom

It's so clever to subvert a genre while still managing to respect it.

Recable

Need The Incredibles 2 ASAP now.

crow

If you enjoyed the spy aspects of the movie, I can recommend the Mission Impossible series! Brad Bird (the director of The Incredibles) also worked on some of the MI movies. :-)

Henri

Gazerbeam was also one of the few supers at his and Helen's wedding, so it definitely would have been a gut punch.

Alicia Cue

i honestly do think this is pixar’s best movie. all around the comedy, the heart, the animation, everything about this movie is so good and timeless. literally anyone could enjoy this movie and the rewatch ability on this movie is endless

Caryl C

One of the best from Pixar and so fun to watch it again after all these years! It's held up beautifully.

Geothro

Reacting to the Pixar shorts might make a good video. The short (Jack Jack Attack) from this movie is one of my favorites lol

Shanae K.

I really enjoyed watching this with you. So much fun. I really love dash on the water too. The little laughter brought me so much joy. When I was kid, I thought it was really cool.

Kaitlin Bolander

You should DEFINITELY watch Jack Jack Attack. It’s basically what Kari went through when babysitting him

Kassandra Rojo

Always saw this movie in Spanish, it’s crazy how different it is in English
