Sorry for the late upload! This film had such beautiful characters with tragic stories. So much of what happens is unfair but it's the world we live in. Such a bittersweet message. Enjoy!

FULL REACTION - The Sixth Sense

Enjoy watching along with me the full length reaction to "The Sixth Sense!"

So a bit of trivia. The director used the colour red ONLY when something supernatural was happening. So some examples. The door knob down to the basement, Coles jumper when locked in the cupboard, the evil poisoning mother wore red at the wake, Anna's shawl when Malcolm talks to her, the tent Cole hid in and so many more. Genius. Awesome reaction as always.

Great reaction!! I saw the comment above about the color red and really noticed it this time watching, but never knew that before. I think you are right that Haley Joel Osment (Cole) was AH-mazing. He was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor. He is the first millennial male to receive that honor. I think all the other actors were great as well. But this movie put that kid on the map. I remember when it came out, he was on the red carpet for all the awards and looked adorable dressed so nicely. I was surprised you didn’t comment when he finally told Malcolm “I see dead people” it’s a very well known movie quote and it gets parodied a lot. Some people who haven’t seen the movie will comment that they’ve heard that quote in pop culture, but didn’t know where it was from. I’m always interested in watching reactions to this movie to see if people figure out the end. I didn’t. I think I figured it out right when you did, but there are a lot of people who do figure it out well before the end and it seems to ruin the movie for them. At the hospital, after Cole was locked in the cupboard, the doctor who talks to Cole’s mom about the scratches on him is the director of the movie M. Night Shyamalan. I especially like the scene with Cole and his mom in the car at the end. I think Toni Collette who played the mom was so good when Cole was telling her that story. I tear up every time.

Intense movie. The relationship between mother and son is so beautiful. And no, when I first saw it, I had NO idea what was really going on. Watching it a second time is completely different.
