The entire concept of this film is just horrifying! A guy that stalks you in your sleep and you cannot escape unless you hurt yourself? Jeez. It felt hopeless watching this horror which made the experience all the more worth while. Enjoy :)

Some recommendations for you for October. Texas chainsaw massacre, Psycho, Friday the 13th, Hellraiser, Blair witch project. All classics. Loving all your reactions.

Ok, it's that time of year)) not a fan of horror movies, especially those where they just slaughter everyone and try to show as many disgusting scenes as possible. I like it better when the movie keeps you in suspense and you are scared from the sensations inside and the horror of not knowing what will happen next. At the moment, I can only remember movie "The Skeleton Key", remember the transition from the initial banality of the movie to the complete sense of horror at the end. In my opinion, the unexpected ending is the most important thing in this genre. But this, of course, is a matter of taste 🙂 By the way, at this time of year, animated movie "Corpse Bride" will fit, if you haven’t watched it 😊

This movie terrified me when I saw it as a kid and still does lol...the concept alone is traumatizing 😳 To your point about Stranger Things…good call and interesting you brought that up! I remember them saying it pays a lot of homage to this movie, especially season 4…the aesthetic, the villain haunting people in a dream-like state, also kinda cool that Nancy is the name of a main character. Oh, and the guy who plays Freddy also plays Victor Creel in the show which was a genius idea 👌

I love that you're watching some of my all-time favorite horror thrillers. This film had a really small budget of around only 1 million dollars. But what they did have was a really original idea and some dedicated effects folks and direction. I can't tell you how creepy this was to see in the theater.

Please do Rosemary's Baby. One of the greatest horror movies ever made.

Midnight Crypt Worx

Please do all of the freddy movies, they are really good imo.

I'd love to see more of the Nightmare on Elm Street movies, including the 2010 one. Not sure of most people's opinion on it, but I actually watched that one first in college then did the old ones after. Loved all of them!

GreenAlice in Wonderland

"There he is! That's crazy, I haven't seen him in a young role" (Johnny Depp)... then you should watch Cry-Baby! Edward Scissorhands maybe too, idk if you've seen it but you've for sure heard of it! And he was on the TV show 21 Jump Street! The Nightmare on Elm Street were my fave when I was young! But I haven't seen them in such a long time, so I will be rediscovering them with you guys! But I do remember that my fave was #6 ! But since I don't remember the other ones all that much maybe that'll change, who knows!

GreenAlice in Wonderland

When a movie says "introducing an actor/actress" it is their first role ever... but I have just realized that I have never seen this for TV, just movies, so I think "introducing" is for movies only, but I could be wrong! This movie got me thinking of the movie "There's Something About Mary" (LOVE this movie, and I have an inkling you might have seen it before, but if you haven't, do!), because of an actress we saw here, so I am suggesting it! 🙂 Btw, I know I'm a little late with the comments, lol.
