You definitely shouldn't look at Yeat's lyrics trying to find meaning most of the time. More often than not he's just here for vibes.

The way I interpret “I might have did it but I don’t think I did, I might have done some things I never did” is him being so blasted on drugs he doesn’t remember what memories are real vs hallucinations, or he can’t remember anything and was blacked out (“some things I never did”, cuz it wasn’t him in control) which happens w abusing prescriptions like Xanax etc. This album talks a lot about getting sober so that was my first thought, he might just be yapping tho tbh and I’m over analyzing it
