Update: This is gonna take a bit more time. I'll get it in ASAP. Trying to get Anna out of this scrape is tough. Whose idea was this anyway?

You got to make Anna somewhat useful lol. She's i think got less development than Issac even. I think from what we have seen she has only been the Final Girl once before. Still believe she needs her own team to shine.

Personally, I liked the dynamic they had in books five and six when the over-large team was running two story lines at once but swapping players between them as needed. I'd like to see that dynamic evolve into a sort of one party two leaders system where Anna starts pushing to lead rescue missions while Riley pursues a through line but the rest of the party gets reshuffled between movies. That way they can have a bit of tension over who gets to pick a team based on the story they need to run and who has to pick a story based on the team they are stuck with. It would also give them an excuse to watch both movies afterwards to catch up on what their teammates have been up to. But the main benefit would be that Anna could be a proper team leader while still being an integral part of the story. Even in missions she's not on she would have an impact based on who else wasn't there and what items they couldn't bring, carving herself into the negative space of the story.

I think mixing it up in the future be good and Anna having her own team would be as well. Her own rescue will be on cool down after this. Problem is she is at an ok level. There will be a lot of people coming back if they succeed so maybe some lower level ones for her? Being a leader and running rescues be really good. It would also make it so she feels like she belongs.
