I am working on getting these chapters ready, but there will be a delay. I need more time to make sure this storyline lands. I need to do rewrites and get everything in order. Chapters will start up again Monday. Sorry for the wait. I really am. There are some things I want to accomplish with this storyline, and that will require me to take a deliberate break. RR will be on break too. I hope you understand.

More seriously, if you need time to polish the story then take it. If you'll allow me a bad analogy: a delay is like a pit stop. It costs momentum but prevents a blowout later on. If you just tried to plow ahead you may end up writing yourself into a corner and then having a much worse time continuing the story. All that said, it might help to write something else for a bit. Either step outside the setting or wrangle up some side characters to traumatize. It might could help you get back in the groove, but you know yourself better than anyone else does. If you think you need a break, then you need a break.

Take all the time you need. I think I speak for many of us when I say that we absolutely love this story, and we wouldn't mind waiting a week, a month, a year, or however long it takes for you to recover and continue this incredible journey.
